I think you can defected for fixed back seats.

got teh same problem, mine does the rattle noise aswell, also when you try to put the window up it automatically goes back down by about 10cm.. very annoying, you have to hold the button for a couple of secs to keep it up. please let us know how you go.

if you already took up the suspension its too late the courts take at least 3 months before they here your case.
