  2. this is my friends when he converted his cefiro with stagea rb25neo tiptronic halfcut..... well now got almost 5-10 of malaysia cefiro owners with this dashboard.... this the pic when converting in progress.... just take a look at the door card lining there....a perfect match with the dash lining!!!!!! anyway...if you guys wanna add me facebook...just type "eross"...glad to have cefiro friends from australia....
  3. hahah..thats my friends car in the pic...guys...here in malaysia....r32 and r33 dash is a common fit and replacement to a31 cefiro...just a lot to be count....and just to let you all know....all the dash console, aircond climate controll, even aircond vent system is working nice here....even here in malaysia cefiro owners already fit in jzx90 dash...hahah..i will snap a pic when going for a cefiro malaysia a31 gathering every saturday... but fitting this dashboard will have some gap issue that mostly notice at doorside but not that mush...only an inch and usually they go with fibrework to fill the gap...and wallah!! but hahahahah.....there is one more dash that can fit 100% like OEM a31 dash..the lining is perfect and match with the doors lining...but you guys have to wait...it a surprise!!

  5. guys..just wanna make it as simple explanation of my situation... in 1st gear... 1. rev the engine with no boost ----> car jerks, lost power when reach 4.5/5k rpm 2. rev the engine with boost and half throttle (boost steady at 0.7 bar)-----> same as above with missfire 3. rev the engine with boost and full throttle (boost steady at 0.7 bar)-----> same as above plus got black smoked when cruising in 4th gear....wanna overtake cars 1. floor the throttle and car jerks and no power at all as above symptom (boost reading steady show full boost) and rpm hard to climb to 5k....can't even overtake the cars.... 2. gently floor the throttle back and maintain the boost at 0.1 bar and the engine can built up power, rpm can reach 5k and overtake the car... so what actually happen....? please guide me....

  8. me also got the similar issue here....can hear the turbine sucking air but the rev cant go up 4k....seems like starving fuel and retard symptom....try to drive with no boost and rev up after 6k the power suddenly lost and the car can't go anymore further...

  11. guys.... just wanna collect feedback before sending to a workshop and before get conned.... my situation is if i floor the throttle......the power just wont build up and stuck somewhere and the rev cannot exceed 4k rpm....but boost reading showing steady at 0.8 bar..... but if i build the rev slowly or press the throttle pedal gently..there is no problem at all and the power comes smoothly..... possible cause fuel pump??? AFM???? leak???? Wastegate???Coilpacks??? some says that have to add one more fuelpump relay my spec : Standard RB20DET internals and turbine GTR Intercooler Walbro Fuel Pump Wastegate 3 inch straight catback pleaseee help me....

  13. well agreed with that....but maybe for the owner the sleek look and design of A31 then ER34 but at the same time like the fierce look of an R34 GTR make him decide to blend it together...some more the owner got a lot of money and dosent know what to do with all the money and all that goes to his ceffy....

  17. well thanks a lot guys for your advice and guide... after reading all the feedback from you guys...maybe i will start by installing a regulator first..then if the problem still occur might plan to change the open pod filter to new one..cause maybe its to dirty that cause air restriction into the AFM....third maybe will replace all the wiring loom cause when inspected at the w/shop the previous owner just mix it between A31 and R32 (d**m) that can give a big impact to... will update the progression soon....

Guys....hope you might give me a clear point of view here.... decided to replace my current GTR front mount intercooler to stock side mount intercooler....this is due to a lag and bad throttle response for my RB20DET with standard turbine...to sucks for city driving but ok for highway @ "wangan" driving... my spec : GTR Intercooler Stock RB20DET internals Stock RB20DET turbine Walbro Fuel Pump (without Fuel Regulator but will install soon) 40mm wastegate 3" straight piping with Megaphone Mufflers Proof Sheepdog blowoff valve set the boost at 0.5 bar (previously at 0.8 bar but as the rpm reached 6.5k rpm suddenly boost preasure gone!!!...) what i am facing now is i have to rev high if wanna built power for overtaking cars or changing to lower gear...i heard that is normal for RB20DET to rev high to generate power....in 4th or 5th gear if i floor the throttle on the spot the rev wont get higher than 4k rpm and feel like fuel cut symptom (not enough fuel to the engine)....but if i floor it slowly no problem but i have to maintain boot at 0.1 bar... guys pls help me.... cause that i belived.... 1. could be Air Flow Sensor prob 2. could be some leak 3. could be no fuel regulator 4. could be incorrect TPS adjustment (because when idle i just press the throttle a bit and then the rpm drop slightly and when a press a bit more then the rpm raises) 5.could be of GTR intercooler

  21. owhh...my mistake of misunderstood...but there is 2 reasons why the setting is like that... 1. road condition here in malaysia is not very good and bumpy except on the highway... 2. this car i am using for daily drive and family ride as well...but on weekends it turns into drift machine...

  24. thanks for the compliment and the welcome the gauges is DIY....custome made bracket to hold the greddy boost gauges and nismo exhaust temp.... this is early model of 1989...i just change to late (kouki)... for the gtr intercooler..just swap the front bar and hold it with brackets...
