  1. My auto electrician did it so I'm not exactly sure, but i just checked the diagrams to make sure he wasn't bullshitting me to get some extra cash. Pretty sure he said there were 2 wires that needed swapping around
  2. Compare these two diagrams i got from this website. Pin 17 is one of them. Ignore the fact that it says R32. Apparently r32 and r33 series one are the same, And R33 series 2 are the same as R34 series one. http://wiki.r31skylineclub.com/index.php?title=Pinouts
  3. Had the exact same issue. only just fixed it. Turns out what the majority of people say is not always true. Series 1 and 2 r33's have a couple of different ecu pinouts. I swapped a couple of pins around and its all sweet!
  4. Problem solved. Turns out series 1 and 2 ecu pin-outs are different. Swapped a couple of pins around and she runs like a dream
  5. rear seatbelts dont retract and its easier for me to get r32 seatbelt. will they bolt up?

  8. I bought my cefiro as i rolling shell and dropped and rb25det motor, loom and box into it etc and it's all running. I noticed that there was no wiring harness to plug into my neutral switch or reverese switch on the garbox. Can someone please tell me if it's a seperate wiring harness that im missing? And where does the wires go to so i can make up my own wiring harness?

  10. ***UPDATE**** Power fc works perfectly on my mates VL with rb25det series 2. I think you guys may be right about that relay. makes perfect sense. I'll let you's know how i go
  11. That's the next step i reckon. Don't know if i trust the guy who checked it out, even if he is a "professional". Got a guy at work that has a series 2 motor in his VL, and a mate with a series 1 r33. So i'll probably just give them a go. I dont reckon my wiring is wrong because the standard computer works fine, so it has to be computer related it would seem
  12. I bought a power fc which came out of a series 2 r33, plugged it in. But it doesnt power up (hand controller doesnt turn on, fuel pump doesnt prime, no injector pulse etc). Plugged the standard computer back in, and it works fine. The reason why I bought this power fc is because the majority of people say that series one and two both run the same computers. Today i got my power fc checked by a profesional to see if it shit itself, but he said it's sweet. Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeellllllllllppppppppp meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

  14. I have been looking for high flowing side feed injectors but there's not really anything above 550cc. I have found these 800cc ones on ebay from USA that are remanufactured in bulk and matched up in sets of 6 so they all flow the same, come with flow chart and one year warranty for under $400 bucks to my door. They are obviously drilled standard injectors, which is why im a bit hesitant.. What are peoples opinions?
  15. Been pretty lazy and trying to get motivated but heres some photos of my new Work Emotion XD9 17x9.5 +28 wheels. I have found true love now haha. All that remains now to get it running is wiring. Then i'll be whacking my injectors, z32 afm, and computer in to get it dyno'd. Pretty exciting.. Oh and i have a photo of my engine bay with the greddy plenum all fitted.
  16. the front legs go just infront of the doors, middle legs just behind the b pillars and rear legs on the wheel arches
  17. Im after a substitute for an a31 cefiro accelerator cable. Im guessing r32? My other issue is that ive just installed a greddy plenum to my rb25. Will this cable be the correct length or will i be better of using an s13 or gtr?

  19. Engine bay coming tegether. Installed new cooler piping, reused old radiator, hooked up power steering lines, fuel system. Reused RB25 gearbox and modified tailshaft. All fits nicely. Had lots of fun lifting that baby in. Brought back memories of the first time...but lets not go there. And yes i do intend on doing something about my cracked fan shroud. Some more photos with the new fmic and front bar test fitted. Bad news. When drilling into the back of my inlet manifold i dont think i held the drill straight because i tapped and fiited a speed flow fitting for the turbo return line, pressure tested the cooling system and it leaks. Good news. best excuse the buy a genuine greddy forward facing plenum! Waiting on plenum from japan. *to be continued*

  21. I usually laugh at people who post in these threads but her i am with nothing better to do right now. I always loved cefiros way before i even got my L's so i eventually i ended up buying one and loved it!..... and about 18 months later it made friends with a rock wall. That evening i went on SAU and found this shell, went and had a look at it the next day, and i picked it up that weekend I stripped the shit out of my old car. Transfered my Apexi N1 coilovers, OS Geiken 2-way LSD, Adjustable arms, R33 GTR wheels, R33 Brakes and 5 stud conversion, strut braces, gtr seats, fuel pump, nardi steering wheel, etc. A few weeks later i scrapped the old ceffy and pushed the new one into the garage. My origninal plan with the old car was to drop a rb25 into it but unfortunately i was stupid and hit a rockwall. So istead of dropping the rb20 in. I bought this! Standard series one RB25det motor, loom, ecu. Installed yellowjacket coils, gates racing timing belt, adjustable exhaust cam gear, new waterpump and sprayed the rocker covers ford racing blue. I then stumbled upon this! Garret GT3076R 0.82 rear, HKS low manifold, Tial 38mm gate, braided lines with speedflow fittings. Installed on motor after hacking the engine mount up a little. Dropped motor in engine bay. Atempted to fit front mount and cooler piping, but it just didnt want to fit so i bought another intercooler kit. **To be continued when i get time to update**
