    Yep same one and driving the same too. He pulled into the bus lane in front of a bus on a red light. As soon as the bus light went green he floored it. Must have been doing 140 in an 80 zone. Complete idiot!

    Hi Herbz, Unfortunately $11,000 is the lowest I am able to go. It is still a massive bargain at this price. Nothing wrong with the car and you will not find a cleaner example with anywhere as low KM's as this.

    There is nothing in the main Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Regulation 2000 that covers vehicle safety inspections. http://www.legislation.act.gov.au/sl/2000-10/current/pdf/2000-10.pdf I had a look through the other Acts etc. and could not locate anything about where the inspectors get their powers from and what they can and can't do.
