Yeah in 80% of the gc the prices are maxed out by 10-20%... Once they wind back that margin it will become more appealing again... Most of my interest is coming from sydney and overseas atm anyway... ALot of smaller offices will close because they cant fully expand in that way... Again im happy with that lol

Its not the coast, its all over australia, picked up aot last weekend which was good, next 6 months will be pretty flat though... Makes no difference to me, lol
