Plus, I was in the market for a skyline last month... Found a great s2 with kit, good mods... Went to arrange insurance, and i was quoted 2k more than the month before... $5500 per year for insurance is a burden i can do without...

Ok, since i crashed the porsche and its been repaired, im leaving it in the garage and buying an NA Supra. I found one yesterday, good price, 1993, black, good system, tint, exhaust and wheels... Does anyone know anything to look out for with the NA? Like common faults that i can check for? As far as i can tell its clean as but id like to be certain... Also, what are these like for insurance? Just cars was closed when i got home yesterday, so if anyone has an idea about what it will cost that would be great... Thanks Guys , Matt.

Guys, Ive been reading alot of posts in the past where people are talking about 'pushing their cars to the limit'. Now here is my question.... What is the fastest that each of you have driven your line, track or street, and what was it like at that speed? Anyone had a close call in a drag? Also who here has the quickest recorded 0-400? This will be interesting... :uh-huh:

Yeah thats why im leaning towards the 33 at the moment, you can get so many extras on the car straight from the auctions... And as for parts thats a damn good point, ive only seen a handful of 34's around so it would have to be true that parts are scarce as....

Yeah my current car is turbo, but only running around 8psi of boost, so nothing to hyped up. Its a quick car, but with two less cyliners the Skyline has always felt a much quicker car to me.... I have loved the 33 since i drove my mates 97 GTST last november, but i do also love the look of the 34. My current frame of mind tells me to buy a series 2 R33 and then have a look at a 34 a year or so later... I have driven a 34 but it was a GTR so i cant make the decision on that basis :lol:
