  1. I got my ATS carbon 1.5 way through Jesse Streeter in Japan. It wasn't cheap though. I went with carbon to try and keep the driveability nice whilst low speed cornering. I believe quite a few members have gone with the Quaife front diff and are very happy with their performance. Pretty sure these can be bought for a reasonable price from justjap.
  2. Already done Marko. Have completely flushed and bled out the Attesa system in the car and put new transfer case fluid in and still no joy. I did notice that when trying to bleed the hydraulic system with the electrical connector unplugged to put the pump in bleed mode, the fluid was very slow to come out of the bleeder screw. This leads me to think that the pump isn't working as it should
  3. Hmmm cheers for that. I thought that it was a bit unusual. Time to have a look at the 4WD system. I suspect I might have issues with the hydraulic pump.
  4. +1. I never realised how much my car outperformed my driving skills on a track until I actually got out and started doing laps. No point making upgrades if you are the weakest link. As for going back to twins, I would keep the GT35R you have on there now unless you're seriously concerned about copping a defect. The difference between -5s and a GT35R would be very minimal.
  5. Haven't got a front LSD, just standard open centre in there atm. I have a carbon 1.5 way LSD waiting to go in.. The rears just spin up really quickly and it feels like the fronts come in and try to pull the car along. I don't have a 4WD controller either, just using the standard system. I'd be interested to know if others with similar power have the same problem or whether they get traction all the way through 2nd gear.
  6. Tyres are AD08R 255/40/17 with heaps of tread. Suspension wise I have HKS Hipermax 3 coilovers on medium stiffness. Wheel alignment was done recently for street and track. Not sure on exact figures but doesn't look too aggressive
  7. For those of you with 400kw atw in a GTR, do you have traction issues when coming onto boost in 2nd gear? My R32 GTR at the moment is spinning from 4000rpm to redline in second under acceleration and doesn't grip until I have changed to third. Is this normal or does my 4WD system need looking at? EDIT: I should mention that tyres are AD08R 255/40/17 with 70% tread on them
  8. Piggaz is on the money. No washers inside that rubber gasket causes the cas to get too close to the cam gear. It doesn't look like there is any of the washers inside that gasket in the pics.
  9. Hey guys, I'm on the hunt for a set of R33 GTR rear Brembo Brakes. I need calipers and discs but will take calipers only if that's what you have. Let me know if you can help out Thanks Chris
  10. Its normal for RB26s to have a bit of oil in the intake pipes so dont let that concern you about the turbos. Its a pretty big job getting the turbos out and in so try to find other possible issues before removing them. Other than that gtrjet is pretty much on the money with everything else. I wouldn't bother replacing coils unless they are misfiring. OEM coilpacks are the best ones available when working properly.
  11. Hey guys, I'm after an Attesa 4wd hyrdraulic pump to suit R32 GTR. Mine has cooked it and I'm after a working replacement. PM me if you can help me out. Thanks

  13. Hey guys, Selling my brand new, still in box, Nissan OEM R32 GTR rear quarter glass with built in seals. Replacing your old rear quarter glass with new ones is the only way you can change the seals. These would be perfect for someone planning a respray or someone wanting to replace their worn out seals. The glass can cost between $500 - $700 each depending on where you get them from. Looking for $500ono for the pair Thanks
  14. As the title states, can the front diff of my R32 GTR be changed with engine still in car or is it an engine out job? Thanks
  15. Hey guys, A few more Nismo N1 parts that I've found and no longer need are up for sale. First is a brand new genuine Nissan N1 air con bypass that removes your existing air con parts behind your dash and replaces it with a straight through plastic ducting piece. It also comes with genuine Nissan grommets to seal up the holes from the air con pipes that used to go through the firewall. -$100 for the lot Lastly I have a genuine Nissan N1 fascia that replaces the stereo headunit in your R32. It can also be used to remove the climate control unit or the factory gauges if you no longer need them because you have upgraded to aftermarket ones. Comes with new genuine brackets for mounting -$50.
