  1. has anyone dismantled a AFM and intergrated it into the boost side of COOLER PIPE processes, advantages/disadvantages rb20 rb25 rb26 sr20 2jz
  2. yeah this is a nipple .... so there is NO boost solenoid ? waste just goes into nipple on boost side of turbo right!
  3. your turbos are still alive .... r34gtr stock turbos are gangster shit
  4. maybe your wastegates are getting stuck ? =/ or you have a leak in your wastegate signal line, check vacuum hoses around turbo?? with ebc removed, boost should run slightly higher then what the wastegate actuator is ( stock with exhaust ? 11 - 12 psi? ) issues ussually more common on boost T setups spiking .... not ebc setup. does same thing with ebc removed? =/

  6. a mate got EPA'd ---- check list says boost solenoid missing ...... had boost T from wastegate & boost side of turbo , then ran around to inlet manifold .. boost solenoid doesnt go there ?? so do i simply take the wastegate signal from boost side of turbo pipe?? thanks in advance
  7. is it possible to pull exhaust manifold bolt from the head, oil and water lines from different place lol and pull the turbo with manifold and dumps ? =/
  8. idealy commerial type like wreckers but reliable hookedup private seller would be good too im after a rb20 boost solenoid atm. parts such as stock s14 front caster arms ( whats this interchangable with ? ) r32 front caster arms ( " " ) coilpacks , afms, interior switches like powerwindows etc

West melbourne area .. places such as Jap Import Wreckers (sunshine road i think) Oh Performance ( McIntyre rd, poor ol james. bit of a wrecker now smash repairs) SP Workshop ( Berkshire rd, works with mazworx (cromer st off mcintyre) C&D motorworks ( Duke st , there trying to leave the import scene... they have sold parts laying around. not sure now Chasers .. jap import mechanical n tune all sparks - somewhere in keilor .... mechanical?

  11. lookn at this r32 gtr with 1 blown turbo. all stock dumps, oil and water inputs. hear its very easy but just need some tips turbo has 5 nuts, think 1 is blind and pretty difficult ... which is harder front or back tbo ? will i have difficulty with oil and water lines? what size are the fittings? thanks in advance

  20. thanks for comments throttle butterfly are fine, tb rod adjustments are max closed and fine ( except one rod, the ball joint is alittle kinked but fine ) throttle position sensor was replaced awhile ago but should be good ... meant to be adjusted at close to 0.1 or 0.5 i forget and when rev goes to infinity apparently ... does any1 remember what its meant to be doubt air leak but may aswell check to be safe ....................................... car idles 1200 cold start .. after 20 or 30 minutes it creeps to 1300 sometimes 1400 if i drive it all day sometimes stays at 1400+ for a drive think its temperature fault ? whats this AAC ? similar to IAC idle air control
  21. thanks dvsjez, checked my throttle butterfly adjustments. and after alot of swearing ive adjusted them to max close. made a difference of 500 rpm ( down tone rev, not up tone which is good ) does the IAC system use a temperate sensor ( known to be an issue? ) car randomly idles high sometimes ... sits at 11,500 -1200 normal idle ( -_- ) and creeps to 1,400 or more sometimes how do i test this ? Cheers
  22. hi have issue with bnr32 with rb26 idling at 1200. sometimes more. i know the throttle butterflys have been cleaned and suspect that being the cause ( suspect, correct me if im wrong -_- ) looking for the best way to fix it , i can pull the manifold off ( time is money ) and spray the butterflys with TOMEI butterfly sealer ( if its still avaliable ) this approach is desperate .... f**k the police, thanks in advance
  23. as state im selling r32 gtr struts. they are original. bushes in shocker look abit aged but shockers work brilliantly. upgraded to adjustable from west melbourne, can arrange installation selling for $100 pm
