  1. Does anyone have any info on differences between type m and type s? Probably should be able to buy a type m pretty easy from some one who has gone aftermarket and it should bolt right on? Would s2 fit?
  2. This is a pic of my front bar, I'm planning to fit a fmic but with this bar not a whole lot of air is going to get through to it. My car is the only one i've seen with this type of bar - other 'standard' ones i've seen look different - more/bigger holes in them, what's the deal?
  3. What time does this business start and finish? How much does it cost (don't have a licence or anything)?
  4. Also, does anyone know the difference between SAFC 1 and SAFC 2? I know SAFC 1 seems to around for $390 second hand, and SAFC 1 is about $700 (new).
  5. I've got an S1 R33 gtst, So far I have cat back exhaust, pod with token CAI, 550 HP fuel pump, rising rate regulator and AVCR. Performance is pretty good, better than stock. But I want more, so I'm planning on FMIC, Dump pipe and SAFC. I want to do them all altogether but that will never happen, so I think I should wait to do the SAFC last so I only have to get it tuned once. Will putting a front mount on first (now) stuff up my air flow readings or anything???? Thanks :headspin:
  6. 94 R33 GTST, pod and 17" Advanti racing wheels, Sep 03 $17500, 65000km (I think) 2nd aussie owner. When I was looking average R33 price seemed to be about $21-22000. There were a couple around 15500 and 13800, but I didn't even go look at them - just thought they must have been crap. Who knows if they actually were.

  8. IT'S FIXED! I took the steering column covers off on Monday, took the sensor bits out and they disc had come off from clips that hold inside it. Clipped the disc back on, centred the big hole in the sensor, wheel on and test drove it. No troubles! Turns out the disc I was on about was only half of the assembly, and it doesn't usually come apart. Thanks for the help elbee111.

Thanks for that, so when you take that black disk off, does it come apart further, the front of mine looks like your first picture but the back has little copper tabs which contact with a plate on the steering column. In the second and third picture it looks like you have taken the disk apart further, is that right? And there might be crap inside which is stuffing it up? When you cleaned the plastic out of yours did you have to get it all centred again or anything? Thanks
  10. After looking again, I think I'm way off with that description. The disc I'm on about looks to just be for the horn and any other ancillary equipment on the steering wheel. What does the HICAS sensor look like??????????
  11. Is it supposed to have four copper tabs on the back, mine has three, I think one may be broken off? I had it hooked up to that nissan computer today and the guy said the hicas sensor is stuffed, $264 for a new one.
