yeah he seemed disinterested to try and then tryed to tell me if nissan thort it needed one it would have installed one factory !!! im gonna have to go to someone else

it may not be the alarm its self then just the way its wired but yeah auto elec said with how my alarm is installed the turbo timer will not work

remove your alarm !!! thats why the auto function does not work !!! i went to get one installed in my car but the guy said because of the way the alarm is wired in it will not work !, it will ether keep running and never turn off or not work at all . hope this helps but id sugest looking for an alarm that may have one included (havent found one my self yet ) but i recon thats the only solution

awsome thanks for the help guys i was told the other day to get my exhaust and intercooler done before i get it done so it might be a cupple of months as im doing the exhaust with the tax return and intercooler after that then depending on when i sell my snake and lizards / encloser then ill have the money for the nistune but im looking forward to it

yeah good point iv had a chat to status and he quoted around $800 for nistune and repmap (depending if my clutch or coilpack hold out ) havent personaly had a chat to chases but i was more wondering what peoples experiences were like because a mate got quoted cheaper at chasers but its about the quality of the tune (i dont know much about it they could tell me there changing the polarity of the flux capasiter and i would belive them lol) just thort id ask before i made the mistake of going for the cheaper option !!

hi iv noticed there prices are different but also there both highly recommended buy alot of people on this fourum!. I'm not looking for the cheapest tune I'm looking for the safest and best tune so I'm wondering who's been to both and witch do you prefer for nistune (i need to get the sister board installed )

oh yeah and we did that high boost mod to my mates car and it runs 10psi when he puts the foot down !!!! how is your exhaust ? because people say putting a front pipe / dump pipe will raise the boost so i was thinking what if you just have a very straight (loud) 3" cat back ? can that rais it

i think it would be very hard to do that . have you felt the pipe between where the solinoids join and the actuator to see if theres a restricter in there ??? also no i havent gone for the power run yet !! once i found out about the actuator i relaxed a bit, but iv got one bloke who wants me to get one done because his coupe has been dynoed at 190kw but my car is a bit more wildly than his (earlyer boost and it hit a bit harder and looses traction alot ) lol im a bit of a led foot though but it would be interesting whats going on under the hood .

AAMI are pretty good my wife had a KIA reo with a body kit (now that was GAY but oddly fun to drive lol) and it got backed into 3 times and trashed by an angry customer and each time they repaired it on the other persons insurance (accept for the vandalism that was on McDonald's )

yeah if you ran the car each week you have no problems mate it will be fine (id drain / add new fuel though )

dont know how newer cars go but with older cars after sitting for 6 months wirh out been started periodicly you would expect your crank berings to be compressed and your rear main seal would start leaking but as i said it was common with old cars !! newer enginers may have found a way to avoid this . but im sure someone on here will say im wrong etherway it happend to me with a holden gemini

hi guys i got a car for my wife about 11 months ago from a car dealer it was not an easy purchase as facts and delivery times keep changing but we finaly got the car , but now 11 months from purchase we receved the reo in the mail but not from vic roads its was forwarded from the car dealer !!!. the rego has not been transfered into my wifes name and its still in the car dealers name but when we purchased the car we purchased it as drive away (so we did pay the stampduty and transfers) now were trying to call them and get some answers but getting the runaround (you know the "the guy that deals with this is not in right now call back at 12pm, and " oh yeah you missed him hes gone to lunch try call him at 3pm") what are my options ? do police care about this sorta stuff or is there an ombadsman for this to give these people a fright into actualy doing somthing. thanks in advance

yeah did the same but used the restricter on the compressor and at 12psi is when the rod moves (more than just the little .1 mm that it does when you get to 2psi .

pulled my bumper off today to have a better look ! i do need to change the front reo and the two brackets under the lights problem is i cant seem to find a place to get hold of them , i need to find a wreckers that has a skyline with the front still intact thats the hard bit . but ill get there

Hi iv got a 2001 4door gtt manual and get about 450kms out of it . Great to drive and leaves my mates r34 coupe at the line . I payed 20,000 in Jan this year with 107,000 on the clock . Haven't had any problems with it yet an plan on keeping it till it can't be registered any more .i love it

thanks guys what im going to do is remove everything from the front (bracket wise ) and do a test fit and bit by bit ill replace stuff untill it doesnt fit any more , then i will know exactly what i need to get from the wreckers to do it right !!!, whats this front lip ? were do i look to see what it looks like , ??? yeah ill get my mate or wife to give me a hand , thanks again for all the help i guess ill take some picks as i go and put up a step by step for future refence for others that are interested

alot of people may bag it but i have the feb 2010 model dubble din D2203D EONON 7" LCD TV CAR MP3 DVD PLAYER DVB-T USB SD and love it the reverse camera i go off ebay as well it attatches to the number plate so you dont have to drill holes , the only problem i have with it i cant find anywere that sells digital car antenna that picks up australian digital tv !! but DONT go there earlyer model with standard tv as the unit only lasted 3 days before i had to sent it back but the one i have in now has been going 3 months with out a hickup and runs much faster than the earlyer model in my mates car http://cgi.ebay.com.au/D2203D-EONON-7-LCD-...=item53e1fc917f as i said if you do your research youll find alot of people bag them (i did too with the first model i got ) so its your choice if you wanna risk it and try your luck . but my one i have i love it

Yeah I wouldn't know because it's been like that since I got it . It is a series 2 if that makes a difference ? Unless it was a factories option in japan ! But I'm happy it's there because I pan on hooking up a switch somewere so even if someone gets hold of my keys they can't start it

did you want me to take a pick or the poster ? if your clutch start is not working and it has a switch may be because its got a aftermarket computer ?? of its been pemanant ly connected to allow you to start the car with out the clutch start , my mate has an r34 98 model that does not have clutch start or the botton , hope this helps it maybe something totaly different in r33s or it could be just that series 2 r34s have it i dont know
