They are awesome wastegates...well in looks anyways....I havent put mine on yet !! I was planning to be ready by then..but with the turbo dying on me thats out the window. Good news is my new kit has arrived, so as soon as I get out of debt from this turbo bill ill be respraying the whole car... Hopefully be ready by show and shine or next years Sydney round...fingers crossed

hahaha im not in any industry im taking a break from uni at the moment for some other stuff.....but going back next year to finish off my degree....haha long story but basically I f**ked a around a bit too much and failed a few subs and also doing a few extra electives to get exemption for the masters I wanna do. only advice I can give you....DONT do a pure math degree..... I loved math back in highschool, it was my fav subject but uni maths is on a completely different level and im soooo sick of it atm.....

Im just hoping to run some decent boost...no more than 15psi and get some decent power for now until I can open up the engine and go all out on it... The higher compression myth was worrying me a little bit..thanks for clearing that up !

bob has done the lot.....forged pistons and everything... Just spent quite a lot getting the new turbo setup....want to be on the safe side with the power output so the engine will last.

Ok as the title suggests....I just want to get an idea of what sort of power some of the GTTs around here are making and also if they have left the motor internally stock ? So basically a power figure and mods (especially internals) Im a little bit worries as when my new turbo goes in a week or two I will be aiming for around 270ish rwkws the turbo can handle over 300 easy but I dont wanna push it with the stock internals. I have spoken to a few R33 owners running around this much and 1.2 or 18spi boost with an unopened engine and well for all of them so far so good Would it be safe to run these sort of boost levels on a NEO ? Reason I ask is cause I always thought that the NEOs had slightly higher compression...which wouldnt like that much boost going through it.. any help would be appreciated...

If your just after a PFC...than a Z32 is NOT necessary, rather its the other way around. If you switch to a Z32 than a PFC or other aftermarket ECU is necessary. Having said that, its a bit of a waste to get a PFC so early in your build up, as you will have to retune it with every subsequent mod to get the best out of the car. Get a full exhuast, fmic, boost controller, splitfire coils and THEN a PFC to tune it with those mods.
