Im in need of an car electrician. Adjusting my air con makes like a buzzing noise, radio / dvd player drops signal and "seeks" a lot. I didn't wire it, but i did have a look and its a horrible job. Plus there are other wires and looms everywhere with electrical tape that I have no idea where they are going or what they are for (after market im sure). Anyone help me out?

Thanks for the offer Jenna, I read your FMIC didnt fit which sucks. I found the after market boost is hooked up via the BOV so that didnt affect it at all. I went to Andrew's (nightcrawler) last night and picked up his spare triple gauge. Put it in and seems to be working, but only quickly tested it. Looking at the back of the Nismo one there are a few orange solders so i will go over them today and see what happens. As for the sensor anyone know if the r33 and r34 use the same one ? I read on a couple post people using r33 sensors and they seem to work the same, anyone confirm?

Anyone confirm that a r34 and r33 boost sensor are the same?

I have a nistune on my r34 GTT and went through regency no worries (was an ID check though)

I pulled it off the sensor and started up, the suction was defiantly there, didnt see any cracks or splits...but will mulit check it. Edit: Hose is clean and not cracks or holes that i could see.. Does it matter if i have an after market boost gauge on / will that effect if the stock boost is working ?

mmmm re soldered them and the other ones that looked orange...boost moves a little on start up but then nothing.. still sensor or gauge?

What do i need to re solder to get my boost triple gauge working on my gtt ? Here is a pic of the insides of the sensor.

Looking to buy a triple gauge cluster for my gtt as the boost gauge doesn't seem to work. Only after the cluster not the molding / surrounds. Thanks.

I has r34 GTT Skyline . Arrived at my door step at 8am this morning. Fueled up, went through ID check without a hitch, rego, stamp duty, new plates and insurance, installed child seat. Got home from doing all that and my 2.5 year old daughter decided to pick up a rock from the driveway and draw on my bonnet. I was in the car and saw what she was about to do and as i went for the door handle my ass pressed "lock" on the key and i watched it all unfold. Topped it up....Still on... I did take off a Apexi RSM-GP (Rev / Speed Meter) would that have made a difference?
