  1. I agree with nur33 you get what you pay for, I have 33 gtr do serious track work and run slicks last thing you want is cheap arms braking.i bought ikeya arms all round years ago and my car gets punished on the track every month,they are still mint.more than enough adjustment in them.

I have 33 gtr over 500hp at the wheels very well set up 1600kg with me in it,Runing Alcons 365 front and 335rear have used many different pads for the track.have just started using the Project Mu Club racers 150-800.I put a new set in last week did 45 laps round lakeside very hard braking doing low 58 sec laps.Pulled them out after and measured them with Marty from Racer Industries had only used 1-2mm max of pad,we where both quite amazed.Driving out to the track they where fine cold,In the morning practice sessions i was doing 8-10 laps straight and they worked exactly the same from lap 1 to 10 unreal.Great feel, best pad i have used yet.my 2c

Well i will put my small imput,i had a mine built late 2009 from a good mate who is very very fussy builder. full forged engine no expsense spared. 7ltr hioctane sump,i am running a tomei pump but.my engine builder made 1mm restrictor,i run the drain from back of head custom, so no bashing wall, to drivers side sump,as hioctane sump has a provision on that side for it.i run the nismo oil air seperator then a hose from the nismo unit into a seperate catch can.From december 2009 to last week i have done approx 16 track days with 30-35 laps per day.my gtr is tuned 1.5 bar 512hp at wheels,It gets flogged every track day.on mich slicks 57.8 round lakeside and 57.5 round sprint track at Q.R 1650kg with me in it.All i can say is that at the end of each track day i only get 150-200 ml max in catch can which i expect with that boost and power,no smoke etc.. he has also built nearly the exact same motor for a mate with simmler power same sump same breather setup everything same as mine and he also only gets that amount of oil in can.So my view is also leakdown test and tolerences checked.Sounds like areal hed f!!k,hope you get it soughted buddy. my 2c
  7. After either the passenger side or both rear bar corner spats,if someone doest want to split them, on a r33 gtr v-spec.That is the rear corner pieces that wrap around. cheers Jas
  8. looking for anyone who has put a GT wing on a carbon fibre boot,and wether you have had luck with it staying on and not cracking boot,looking for ways to mount it strong.
  9. lookn for carbon GT spoiler similer to the dmax ones.exact same one as pictured.has to be roughly these dimensions in the pic.can be down to 1450 in length but must have close to same sizes every where else.or like this top secret one pictured.Or can someone steer me in the direction to get one in aus.Have had a look at a few diferent ones that are being sold but havent been up to scratch. Thanks for the help guys.Found out the project mu rotors a nearly identical,went an seen the guys at racer industries,very helpfull,same 10 bolt pattern only have to very slightly modify my hats to fit there disks. then can buy them off the shelf here.greddy want you to buy the caliper an hat,couldnt believe that they just dont sell the disk.tryed pwr they didnt have anything that matched.

I am glad someone said for those two guys to stop shitting on at each other,no offence but i started reading all this to see about the rota rims.is nothing better than when someone can give good feedback on what they use.i am running a 33 gtr at the moment run michelin slicks car weighs 1750 and i am pushing it hard 57.7 on the sprint track at Q.R and 58.6 at lakeside.i have been interested in this topic as i broke afront right hand tri spoke set of advans at Q.R on the national track on the 15th july,i was braking hard and turning into turn 4 and bang, one of the spokes snapped clean.I had been running these wheels for over 6 years,so probably fatigue ,so i have put my slicks onto my rota wheels.iam about to buy some new ones for the slicks and just use the rotas for wet weather.anyway very interesting.
  15. can anyone point me in the right direction to get some replacement disks here in Aus.I am running on my 33gtr the grex 6 pot 355mm on the front and 4 pot 330mm on rear,does any other brand aftermarket 2 piece disk match up with the 10 hole design.Any ideas where to go. cheers

  20. Are these pads made for greddy grex 6 pot calpiers.full weight r33 gtr lots of track work.
  21. Do you no wether these will fit over 6 pot brakes with 355 calipers.tryed some work 18 x 10 +15 XD9 the other day but did not clear my brakes.
  22. No of 2 guys one in a evo 8 and another in a 33 gtr in QLD that have full roll cage, type that goes around the dash, bolt in, that are both mod plated,but are reg as 2 seaters.
  23. Anyone no where i can get a 120amp or bigger alternator for 33gtr preferably bosch.
  24. Need a titanium front y pipe for a 32 gtr. Also need front grill[between the lights] for a 34gtt. p.m if you have these.
