The DoT and the Police operate on two totally sperate sets of legislation, so what a policeman booked you for might not be a defect in the DoT eye's. For example underbody lighting, the legislation the Police operate under clearly states that this form of lighting is illeagal, yet the DoT engineering legistlation startes it is legal, although cant be Red, Blue, Yellow or White and cant flash.

If you are refering to my childish post, yes i was expecting swift justice and do agree with you, yes it was pathetic, but I have posted why I did it and apologised for it, so it's all good in my point of view. Ummm I dunno about nazi Mods, every mod I have asked to do something has done it happily, also have not been really given a beating from any mod, despite some really undeniably posts which I _thought_ for sure would get a warning! Also I as yet have not seen a mod hand out any warnings which weren't, (in my opinion) needed or asked for, including your immature behaviour last night, you simple asked for it, so you got it! I am sure you are very luky Adrian was not a mod as I would have thought if he was you would have been slapped with exactly what you immature behaviour asked for a ban. But point taken, I now know that you think that you think that some of the mods on SAU are Nazi's, which is a very racist remark to make, who might they be now, Prank, Dave, Squizz, Rexx? Cmon out with it, if you are going to be a wuss and name call at least do it so that they can know who you are referring to so that they can then deal with it.

For those who missed it I posted a very harsh post which contained a personal attack on krawler and Charly, which has since been creatively edited, if you have no idea what I am talking about then just ignore this thread. For what it is worth I am sorry for using the crass, indignant and degrading language contained in that post. I did not think that if any member of the general public were to view it, what would they think. I do not apologise for the message behind it, but do fully realise now that I should have tried to convey that message in a slightly lesser tone, but the mood I was in, added with the way I mis-interpreted his post, added with some of the other posts in that thread just all got to me and reacted in a very childish manner. I do not think the actions of the moderators were unfair or unneeded, they acted accordingly and purposefully in this matter. I have also asked that this thread be locked so that this can die a quick painless death and not dragged out any further.

Spent an exciting Thurs night working and shoppong, it was very very very very CRAP!
