Cool, only problem now is we have to find a place for my other roomate, he is a very old mate of mine and I am certainly not going to throw him out to the curb, so looks like we'll be riding out the lease, but still nice to think that someday we might be here: We could fit at least 5 or 6 Skylines out the front of that baby!! So now the only problem is my other roommate doesnt want to move further south, and he is in a bit of a predicament, being totally unprepared to actually move out into another place right this second, plus he is not the most organised person in the world, so probably wont be able to find a place for at least 4 weeks But as soon as he does find a place, I'll be calling you up, post haste to see how we can move out ASAP!

I really have to do some work now, but now I am addicted to looking at 5 and even 6 bed houses for ~$500 a week imagine THAT!
