Open the rear door, and it is on the drivers side, behind the wheel hump, inside two little plastic doors underneath the window. Start your car or have the key turned to ON to make sure the pump is running and check level

The 4wd fuse......? Dunno I dont own or never had a R32 before, so couldnt help you there.... I think it is under the bonnet, but a search will probably find the answer

R32 just yank the fuse, R33/R34/Stagea is different and there are different ways which some will tell you wont cause damage and some will tell you will, but sure fire way is to just remove the front drive shaft, and put back in when you want awd goodness
