r33 stock rims fs/eoi had these rims with the purchase of my r33 s1 and havent used them besides once, for about a few hours (just to move around while i was getting new tyres put on my rims) 2 tyres are racing slick bald and need to be replaced (dont know how on earth the original owner let them get that low) the other 2 have i would say 50% or more tred atleast. i dont really need them as their taking up room in the garage but in no rush to get rid of them. say $250 ono? but will swap for a series 1 ac compressor and some cash my way. have a stock r33 s1 steering wheel aswell got this with the purchase of r33 s1 aswell, ive got a boss kit and aftermarket wheel and dont see why i need this. $50 ono?? series 1 coilpacks r33 12 series 1 coilpacks, bought some others off a mate hoping they would fix my misfire issue but in the end didnt work (and got splitfires) dont know what are good what are bad, take the whole lot for $100 ono? series 1 rear spoiler, was on my first 33 but changed it to a series 2 wing, black in colour (kh3 colour code) again dont need it as i have sold the car and got a gtr wing on my current car $40 ono? r33 drivers side window glass (assume their all the same) has no tint, took it out of a doner door, not needed and taking up space, $15 r33 series 1 interior, front seats, rear seats, door cars and quarter cards, drivers seat has the usual rip, have a few door cards (from memory) really dont need these so say $150 for the lot? Any Q's text me on 0422360999 or send me a pm and ill get back to u when i can. Aaron

buzz350 replied to buzz350's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
plugs are platnum, gapped at 0.8 are 10 thousand old at most. 2nd hand oem units. might look at some yellow jackets. would a good fault finder tell me if its the cas or igniter or is it all trial and error half the time? -
Hey all, as everyone probably knows/has read about, the missfire problem skylines have high up in the rpm range. Ive had it for too long now and its driving me nuts!!! Ive got a S1 R33 gts-t 1993 model. Mods are a fmic of unknown dimensions but quite large, 3 inch stainless steel dump and exhaust (xforce). (227, XXX thousand kms on the clock, all original, has a lifter knocking but i dont think this would cause the misfire as it goes after the car is warmed up for a min) What ive done sofar to rectify the problem; Changed coilpacks over with other r33 oem ones, checked them at night to see if they were arcing out on the block/rocker covers .... nothing so im assuming it cant be them???? Even checked resistance and they all were the same. Cleaned up connector points on the afm (original afm) .... still no luck there. Changed fuel filter, again nothing. Havent done anything with the ecu, but im thinking if i get a z32 ecu with nistune will this solve the issue? Havent touched my O2 seonsor either. Fuel pump is still original. Any help is appreciated, or even better yet, if u can lead me to a place where they can help me (fault find) down south in adelaide would be great! Thanks to all and any information given, if it works i shall worship you Cheers Aaron

ac compressor for a series 2 r33 skyline (unknown kms but is in good condition - nothing is seized) intention was to use it to fix mine but series 1 and 2 compressors are different, will do a straight swap for a working series 1 compressor or 75$ ono. *please note the item is still on the vehicle and will be off next weekend.

im after a series 1 air conditioner compressor, have bought a series 2 compressor only to find out its not the right one and doesnt fit a series 1. asap would be preferable. cheers aaron

for repairing the outside of the vehicle, since its already down to metal, dont wase your time with a wire wheel, use a sander and 320/500 depending on how fussy you are to get rid of surface rust, then use a wire wheel for technical areas. if there is still existing damage, use body filler (bog) to repair any damage, sand with 80 grit then 180 on a block, unless you know how to metal finish. use a wax and grease remover to get rid of any contaminants from the panel. i would spray the 2pac primer down straight away onto the bare metal, allow to get tacky, then apply another 3 or more coats depending on how fussy you are. spray down a guide coat last once uve let the last coat of primer dry. sand down on a big block with 320/500 depends how fussy and remove *all* the guide coat. if there are any bits still dented, use painters filler and put some more primer down and guide coat etc like steps before. then once your happy with it, it should be ready for painter at a crash shop to degrease, make final little prep work if needed, and spray down the colour of your choice! hope this helps! saw a silver r33 with sau sticker on the rhs quarter glass, no numberplates???? at glenelg today at about 4ish. also had a r34 4 door in silver on my bumper down majors road tonight about 1045pm
-
thanks guys for all the replys, had a quick look and its sad to say not the same plug but for the extra half hour cutting and redoing the wires is a small price to pay. thanks all for the help and what youve done (and what the police havent done) now the all important Q of what do i put where the indicators should be in the bumper ........
-
Hey all, i was just wondering if its possible to change the parkers on the r33 headlights into indicators? has anyone done it before or tryed as i have a 400r front bumper but it had foglights instead of indicators in the bumper, so now that im respraying it, im wondering weather i can change the parkers over, as its impossible to source/find some gtr front indicators in adelaide! I assume its more than likely just cut some wires and put them together solder and change the bulbs, but wondering if its been done/is it effective? Cheers Aaron.

How To Repair A Butchered Front Bar
buzz350 replied to 34GeeTeeTee's topic in Exterior & Interior Styling
only thing i can think of personally is ask a crash shop if they have any left over bumpers they arent using, normally on the inside of the bumper they have a code on it saying (pp or pe or abs etc) normally pp is the common plastic made for bumpers, but check your own aswell. then go get it plastic welded, i know some crash shops do plastic welding but depends where you are. hope this helps -
had a grey r33 s1 with s2 wing pass me on marion road tonight around 5ish. would of waved but a pulsar might give the wrong idea .......

r33 parts, series 1 antenna in working condition. dash air vents in centre console/dash (above climate control) gtr bumper bar indicators (clear or orange) not fussed, need bulbs and plug as all i have is wires. 235-40-18 tyres must be brand new/close to brand new as my rears are on their last legs.
-
i dunno about stealth, coz i have a feeling i saw u coming down black road (from main road way) at about 5pm today
-
red 32 gtr (rrr 032??)on homestead drive about 8pm last night. Waves to ya (maybe next time ill remember to drive my skyline instead of my white pulsar) ....
-
If its just a rear bumper bar, then to the extent of the damage described, their ripping you off. whole resprays can be done for 10 grand. To get it done should be a lot cheaper, (around the thousandish dollar mark) go get some quotes from some quality workshops, and see what they give u as an estimate, as shopping around is your best option. (if you bring all of the replacement parts/source them yourself, they may even drop the price further) also if push comes to shove, look for another bumper at a wreckers, this could save you a few $$$ plus bumpers are not overly hard to change over. Just my 2c of what i know from the industry, hope it helps Aaron.
