  1. The HKS 3037s sounds good, does it require an adapter or new manifold and does it require an external wastegate ? Also whats a rough price on one of these new ?

  3. What would be the most suitable turbo in between my current 450hp gcg unit and a GT30/40 unit.Is there anything smaller then the GT30/40 to acheive around 320RWKW ? Thanks guys..
  4. No, its an Integra type R, it says it on the car. LOL, its just like the the S15 in japan, they have 184kw standard, same as the japanese type R's, they are detuned to run out shitty fuels we get. Bummer hey. As nervous said, the DC2R is the real type R, the DC5R is just not upto scratch. GO the DC2R's!!!! Nice example you have there NERVOUS, I dont like the white though, Black or yellow, BTW, mines yellow.. GL with the sale champ! :headspin:
  5. Sequentil HKS, then i had the Super Sequential... Whats the difference in the 2 valves? I have always used a turbosmart type 3 valve and am thinking of trying one of the HKS varieties, which one is better and why ?
  6. lol, after owning an Gtst and a DC2R I can safely say the integra is far superior. Superb build quality and just all round a nice outta the box car.. BTW nervous how can an Rx8 be more sedate? LOL..

  11. LOL, one is 4WD and the other is 2 wheel drive.. There is 3 gauges in the centre dash with boost pressure, torque split between the front and rear diffs, and oil ?? Flared gaurds on the GTR, same wheel dimensions front and rear, Just look up some pics on google to have a look at them also..

  15. Sadly most imports have accident history or some kind of bad history associtated with them, but then again, you do get clean examples but generally pay more for them, but well worth it in my opinion
  16. You can generally telll by the condition of the car, although, yes I think most imports have the odemeters wound back..
  17. Doing things on the cheap isnt good, most likely cost you more down the track anyhoot, modding it as you have suggested wont make your car go any faster then diff and gear ratios allow the car at present.
  18. Hi, you can get a rb26 fuel rail made to take top feed high impendance injectors, ( rochester make injectors from sizes 100cc to 1600cc and are $100 each new). PFC will cost depending on where you take the car to be tuned. More expensive isnt always the best as some people here before have said. There was a thread in the NSW section about this just a couple of days ago so go check that out.

  20. Sorry, double post, you can get the single plate heavy duty excedy clutch for around 400-500..
  21. Silver gtst, yes its time for a new clutch, I recommend an excedy heavy duty single plate if your car is relativly stock. And a twin plate with more extensive mods..
