  2. Hey guys, Got a spare set of rims for sale. Front: 17x7.5+30 Rear: 17x8.5 +40 These would suite S15's, 5stud s13's, skylines etc. Stud pattern = 5x114.3 Rims are one of the lightest around and come with all center caps. One of the front rims has had the guttering machined back, and just needs paint around the outside edge. Rims come with decent tyres aswell which have aorund 30-40% on all 4.   5. Hey guys, I found some rims that I want, so im going to sell my SSR's as there is only room for one set of wheels on my car Rims are immac condition and are proper 2 piece rims from Japan. Pics will indicate the condition of these wheels. Front: 18x8 + 37 Rear: 18x9 + 37 Fronts will come with a 3mm spacer as this is needed to clear the calipers.   7. They do have another PCD but im not 100% sure what they could be, only cause they came with my S15 when i bought them. If it helps, these rims were manufactured by lenso
  8. Hey guys, Selling the rims that came with my car, as im happy to use my SSR's on the car and have no use for these wheels. Front: 50% tread, 235/40/18 (Falken ziex) 18x7.5 rim. Uses 3mm spacer to clear calipers on my S15. Will throw in spacers. Rims also will fit 34gtt, 33gtst, 200sx etc Rear: 95% read, 235/40/18 (Falken ziex) 18x7.5 rim. No spacers required. Unsure of ofset both front and rear, but sits slightly inside the gaurd, so the front is probably a 37 or 38, and the rear is around 40 Price: $1100 Postage: Will post interstate.   9. Hey guys, Just looking to unlock my pfc without going back to the old tuner. Are you able to create new maps by simply resetting the PFC through the ETC menu, and putting your new values in? Is it as easy as that? I know it can be done on the laptop via the previous tuner, but need to do it from where the car is at now. Thanks Jason
  10. I still have the coilovers. GTR Wing on hold. Also have front r34/r33 gtt/gts KYB Shocks with lowered springs on them. These are a little leaky, but someone can have them for $50

  12. Hey guys, Im looking to get the head cleaned up on my SR20DET. However im not sure who to use for the job and am located in the sutherland shire. Would preferbly like something close by. Can anyone who has had a recondition head shed some light and also some pricing? Any help is appreciated. Jason
  13. Not the lighting, I bought the car not too long ago and this was the first time I basically pulled the rocker cover off. I would really like to get it all cleaned up, and replace the valve springs, all the rockers and possibly get a set of cams put in at the same time. Is this the shought of job that can be done in the home garage, or is it left to some sought of specialist?
  14. Here is the problem, BIG THANKS TO MEATWAGON (Ns.com) + All others who posted on this thread, appreciate the help! Here is the mess! At least the bottom end didnt let go! This was off the exhaust side on cylinder 3 It did some scoring to the outer part of that cylinder tho, please view pics and give opinons on weather this will harm the motor?
  15. Actually, a guy on another forum reckons it could be a broken rocker arm, which is a common sypmtom to high reving SR20's. Would a broken rocker arm cause the car to run on 3cyl? Appreciate all the input guys
  16. Ok, Just did some testing. All coil packs and leads fire properly. Changed the plug, didnt do much but was slightly smoother than the old plug, but car still running on 3 cylinders and removing the coil pack on idle, cylinder 3 doesnt change. So coil packs are now eliminated. Compression test pulled up fine. What could it be? Injector? The plug that was pulled out of cylinder 3 smelt like fuel if that helps
  17. Just tested the coil packs. Its coil pack number 3. However I swapped 1 with 3, and its still on cylinder 3 with the problem. The problem appears to be something with cylidner 3, not sure what tho, but there was no difference when i pulled out #3 compared to the rest. Jason
  18. Geeez, thanks for the quick replies guys. Basically the car was under load (I was giving it throttle) and then a loud bang came from the car, then it lost response. When the plugs were out, the 2 last plugs were slightly darker than the rest, but no oil was on the plugs. Ie the plugs appeard to have more blackness to them, rather than the front 2, which showed to be dark. It was pretty dark, but didnt notice any smoke. Turbo is fine, as I could still hear it wind down as I shut off the car. Compression was identical across all 4 cylinders. SECURITY: Pretty sure the bang wasnt from the unburnt fuel. It felt as if I hit a rev limiter when the car lost power. Was close to the limiter, but still didnt hit the rev limit.
  19. Hey guys, Just came back from driving and i was putting the car through its paces on a few nice stretches of road. I loaded it up one more time just before I reached destination and BANG! Mind you, car was revving @ 6.7kRPM and DID NOT hit the limiter. Car runs 14psi, with a 2540 turbo, pfc, injectors and all the supporting mods including a Q45 Afm which the car has been tuned for. Ok, so I thought it would be the typical intercooler hose as it went "BANG", but I went over all the hoses and they seem to be fine. (Will pull off every single one and replace them during daylight. Now, i was pretty upset knowing that its going to be something in the bottom end, expecting the worse to come about. But upon doing a compression test, each cylinder fired equally in pressure, with only 1psi variation in cylinder 3, compared to all 4 (SR20DET). All the plugs seems fine, ie none were coated in oil. Now here is the problems & symptoms Im experiencing: 1) Car idles but sounds like a wrx and is abit rough on idle 2) Under throttle, car will only sound like a louder wrx and still have no power 3) BIG BIG loss in power as i cant get acceleration on, as it will only harm the car If I could get any sought of advice, it would be most appreciative. Go the search button, and here it is for the lazy fingers: Unigroup engineering They tuned 2 cars ive owned, my S15 and my R33 gtst, and very very happy with the tunes both times from Yavuz, definately well worth the money and its not the cost of a kidney either. Bel Garage: Never really got my car tuned by them, but my previous car (R34 GTT) was tuned by them from the previous owner. Car was VERY QUICK and had lots of torque and power. The tune felt just as good as unigroups in terms of response, idle, load under boost. Id go unigroup first, but if unavailble, go to Bel Garage... Thats my 2nd pick
  22. Bought a whole set, only needed the fronts. Hence rears are for sale. Nothing wrong with them at all. More than welcome to take a look in person at the shocks
