Chasing a 3 inch dump pipe to suit R33/Stagea standard turbo. Don't care if it's split, one piece or what not. It's going to get the chop anywhere. Prefer in Syd. Hit me up! Adam.

Hey guys, My Stagea is under-going some work very shortly and I'm changing up the exhaust setup. This exhaust came on my car as an OEM option, it is nice and quiet, perfect for passing noise tests while not being too restrictive. Reason for sale is because I want a louder exhaust among other things Picture shown is refference only. My muffler/tip needs a polish (dirty) and the mid pipe/centre muffler has the usual surface rust (mild steel). Looking for $450 ono. Happy to ship at buyers expense. Located in Liverpool region, NSW. Cheers, Adam.

AE86DC - RALEIGH DRIFT FEST! A few weeks ago, Adan told me about an event that Joel from the AE86DC forum was organizing. Being held 3rd and 4th of November, it’s a 2 day (weekend) event at Raleigh international raceway. Roughly 20km from Coffs Harbour. I’ve been keen to try out this track, and after reading all the info I frantically tried to get a spot. I’ve convinced Benny into going up too. With only one month remaining, there are still spots left! So I’m putting it out there for fellow drifters. Drifting over two days, with a max of 25 cars this is an event you don’t want to miss! You can find all the information on the event, and how to enter here.

NOTHING GOES TO PLAN Most people look forward to having time off work. Generally when I take leave, I have a shitload of stuff to do, or there’s some sort of deadline or something dramatic. So most times by the end of it all I’m pretty knackered and look forward to getting back to work! This weeks leave is no exception. On Tuesday I got one of many shipments from Jesse Streeter, it consisted of Tein Superflex Wagon coilovers, a new grille, a new tail light, and the ORC 409D. Originally I wanted to get just the coilovers in. Here I was planning to have a relaxed couple of days off, coilovers aren’t a hard job right? Everything was going quite smooth until I went to tighten up one of the shocks lower mounts. I was busy talking to Julie and next thing you know I got that “oh f**k” feeling when a nut suddenly gets loose. I was shitting bricks! After I calmed down from raging I ripped apart the R33 (which is chilling at the front in a million pieces) to see if the A arms were the same. Unfortunately they are not. I started freaking out again, but I managed to dodge it up so I could get the car out of the garage. I looked around the net, praying someone was wrecking a Stagea. Thankfully Ebay came to the rescue, a bloke in Bathurst was wrecking one and had the part I needed at a cheap price (it actually came as a whole front end assembly, I bought both sides … always good to have spares). Luckily for me he headed down to Sydney for the long weekend, cheering! So I thought while I’m ripping out the dodgy A-arm off the Stagea, I might as well put my adjustable camber arms in. Then I thought about it some more and decided to put every arm I had into the Stagea. Again, ment to be an easy enough job but it took me some time to complete. The Stagea is starting to play games with me … it’s driving me mad! Anyway, All the arms are in, as well as the coilovers. Naturally I wound them down to the lowest setting to see how low they’d actually go. I must say I’m impressed, much MUCH lower than what my previous coilovers went (BC). The Stagea is off to get an alignment now and then I might work on it some more, fun stuff! Oh, you might be wondering why my Stagea isn’t at Dahtone yet? Well Paulie’s R33 had a slight mishap and now Benny’s Stagea has had some big dramas (I’ll let Benny tell the story). So I’m trying to take on as much as I can at home, to meet the November deadline! -

Oh don't get me wrong there's an upgrade all round. I was more reffering to the diffence from front to back on my Stagea which has the 20mm hollow rear bar. I've got solid subframe risers and solid diff mounts. I've got an S14 rear subframe in my car now too, mounting points are the same on Stagea subframes though so could could use Silvia items. Mines originally a 4WD but the front shaft has been pulled. I'm going to put the Nismo 2 way centre out of my Skyline, into the Stagea's housing so I can keep the same ratio if I ever want/need to go back to 4WD. I don't see any problems doing it this way, they are both R200 diffs, just the Stagea has a few brackets on top if it for the ATTESA and all that jazz. -

Will do! Yeah man they are kinda scary to slide in stockish form. I tell ya after the subframe swap (and solid subframe/diff mounts) it's pretty predictable now. Before it used to want to snap in the opposite direction and shit.. Mines wierd, it has some sort of LSD, will be interesting to see what type it has when I pull it apart to put a 2 way in there. HA that's what happened with my Skyline, blew the first engine 2 months after buying it. Then bought a rebuilt engine and had nothing but dramas with it ... ended up destroying a head and a piston. f**king cars huh? -

I'm using stockers at the moment. I've got some prototype arms I will be putting in soon (RIH items) for testing before I advertise them to the public. Neotech are good! nice and beefy, but I don't know if you can get them anymore, I used to get them off Ebay via performanceguru. Drifting is f**king awesome fun! That's the RIH moto, we're here to have fun! haha. Spewing I haven't done much this year though My Skyline failed me in a big way. I'd love to see more Stagea's drifting, would be mental to tandem with one too I don't see it happening for a while, not in NSW anyway. Do you give your Stagea some sideways action Dave? -
