Work Vs-Xx 17 X 9 +5 Pair

The second pic suggests they are work VS edition, not VS-XX. GLWS! -
Framed The Wed’s have found themselves a new home, they are now living on Julie’s S14 and they look great on it. What brang this sudden thought upon me you ask? Well after a bit of research and asking some members on SAU, I’ve discovered that it’s possible to eliminate the extra rear track on automatic Stageas. The items needed are a S14 turbo rear sub frame, and R33 rear drive shafts. The main benefit of doing this is so you can fit a more aggressive wheel at the back, just like the fronts. The items bolt straight up to standard mounting locations too which is a great bonus. I’ve got a set of wheels in spastic sizes lined up too (hopefully), the rears will be pushing it though so I hope I can pull it off! I’m still very indecisive with the Stagea too, I can’t decide whether to let it go, or hold onto it … I’m sure I’ll figure it out soon enough.

Going of that Mat, it's going to be f**king close! If i run minimal camber (and maybe a slip on spacer if I must) I should be right. Next delima, the wheels I wanted aren't avaliable for another 3 weeks or so, and I don't think the dude is 100% on selling them. -

So Mike, hopefully you can chime in here once again?! how much clearance do you think you had here roughly? (50mm, 60mm?) The wheels I'm looking at will have about 20mm less inner clearance when your 9.5 +1's so here's hoping I'll still have some room left. -

Well to my understanding, the Cradle itself is a direct fit, without changing anything else (i.e remaining Stagea parts will bolt up). If that's the case, I'll be more than happy to do it and get some wider wheels on in the future. If not, meh. sent a PM to Mike earlier today, keen to hear what he has to say. -

yeah he did, I'm curious if the RWD and AWD stagea subframes are the same though? But Grant (Yokotas13) did say it bolted straight up, many moons ago. He isn't very eloborate though (never has been). -

So I've been doing some light reading this morning, and I've noticed that people have said taht a S14 turbo rear subframe will fit the Stagea? Just the subframe? no need to change shocks, or arms etc? Also, another thing that has been bugging me (can't find much info on) are the diff's, is there a diff centre that we can drop into the Stageas housing? I guess it's either that, or getting my diff shimmed. -
Cheers boss! I gotta find something off another car that'll work. Bringing it together I like my cars as solid as possible. I had almost every brace known to man on the MX-5 and it made a huge difference. Being a convertible, it did have a lot of chassis flex in standard form. On the other hand, the Stagea is almost as solid as a concrete block, but there is always room for imporvement right? There is a downfall though. Finding braces to improve it are hard to come by. So when this discontinued Cusco rear strut brace popped up on Up garage, I knew what I had to do. Here’s hoping I can find a few more braces to whack onto the Stagea over time.

Best to do a search in the Stagea section champ, plenty of info in there From memory you'll need Conversion guards (a company called MASA make these) headlights bumper bonnet and you'll need to do something with the radiator support (most just use the GTR support) I'm probably missing a few things, but that's the jist of it. I wouldn't expect much change from 5K in parts/labour, unless you were doing it yourself.
