I end up picking up my lancer today its a 2002 1.8L 5 Speed with 165k ok the clock for 5k on road

I'm still on the hunt spent most of today up Melbourne looking and no good :-( On the was back I stopped in at Winton to see some alright drifts going on so the day was not a full let down

My poor 34 hates being taking to work man , I'm a spray painter and all the paint dust its killing the inside and seats. so I really do want a run about and with the new carbon bonnet I have on it i don't really want it just sitting in the sun all day yeah i kno i NA with carbon hood LOL@me . . when I'm off my p's its be geting a turbo and so on But for now I want to keep it in good cond . so whats the going price for a 97-99 lancer ? is the 5k about right ?

Hey mate . its a seibon carbon bonnet and yes in has the rain guards .

It fits really well after I put in some rubber bits to make it sit flat the whole way, you can see it what i mean in the above pic's ^^ (before) As for gaps its a really good fitting bonnet and I'm happy with it . I'll take some more pics to show you's all . for now enjoy some more photos :-) things i did to make it fit well . (1) front strut bar was taking off (2) bonnet latch was moved up as it was not locking in (3) lil rubber bits to make it sit flat

Well that took longer them I would have liked to put on.. Had a hard time trying to get the front lock to fit but here it is

I got my bonnet today will have it fitted on the 13th so ill post pics if it all goes will and W34pongt why are you worried about heat on a 25GT anyway more just for the looks and weight reduction, right ? .... because we all know the NON turbo 34s have SOO much heat I'm just saying .

its easy to take off A push down one would be easy to put in you will see why when you take it off and for the key thing i don't know what that is or why you would need it LOL??? rip it apart and you will learn good luck

is has a undertray to block all the vents (from rain) you can remove it btw im just saying

Hey my r34 GT has the same thing, when its cold it sits about 5 ish and when its warm and just idle it will sit around 1 ish but will go up when you start to drive ?? freaked me out as well when i first seen it , so is this anything to worry about ? thanks guyz
