Hi everyone, for along time now I have been an avid reader of these forums and love every part of these forums. I am new to the Nissan scene so I have been trying to learn a much as possible. I do not post much as I feel I don't have much to say compared to some of the gurus here. (There are some very smart people on these forums). but this brings me to my dilemma. I have a 2004 350GT8 Sedan CVT-8 (8 Speed extroid (JATCO JR006E)) with transmission problems. Now I know this transmission has parts that are harder to find than Unicorn Poop and I know that what I am about to ask is nuts/crazy and ALOT of work, BUT. Does anybody have any parts, old transmissions, failed attempts or anything in regards to parts for this box or its close cousin the RE0R04A 6 speed CVT . We have the JR006E apart and have found that the required Item is one roller. We have a great chance of actually fixing this. Below are some photos of our mission so far, I post these pics in the hopes that someone will recognize this transmission and will have parts laying around from an old attempt at repair etc. I also post these pics as when I did my research the only photos i could find that helped at all were from "Sbyder" on these forums, THANKYOU by the way http://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/256370-nissan-extroid-cvt-strip-down-and-repair/ I hope that if I at least cant be helped that maybe these photos may help someone instead. Hey Guys, I'm new here and this will be my first post Finding this page has just made my day. I got my G35 sedan about 8 months ago, She is 2004.5 CVT-8 pearl, premium with black leather and sunroof sun roof and everyday I see her I get all happy. I'm sure a lot of you still do too. What really makes me excited is this cruise I hear of. It would be awesome to see other Perth peoples cars and what they had done to them. Any who count me in for the WA list too. I will have pics uploaded soon but its dark now and I don't have many photos of her here with me. I look forward to many chats in these forums with you all.
