  1. I will if you have an 1989 and can import it into JP.
  2. Great info and thanks for the links! So, I gather that the Akebono calipers for more for show than actual track'ability. What can someone get if they're looking for a "NISSAN" badge but still great on the track? Basically, I intend to track my '89 GTR.
  3. Right. This isn't my first R32 but I didn't have a GTR so I'm curious to see if common problems have been identified. I will probably take the vehicle to Nissan to have them do a multi-point inspection. Good advice. I can't exactly pull up a "Car Fax" report so I hope it's not stolen or been accidents. What is "bog"? This will be my future gripe car (road race, etc) so a lot will be removed/replaced. The suspension will be changed, suspension parts, solid bushings, etc. Engine work will be completed when I return the car to the states... unless it's cheaper in JP. Thanks for the heads up on the oil pump. That's exactly the type information I need. Any other comments?
  4. Hello, I'm moving to JP early next year and I decided to immediately look for a 1989 GTR to purchase. I don't imagine that I'll find one in prime condition so I'm curious to see what I should look out for (i.e. rust, damage bearings, etc). I intended to track this car - road racing, and other grip racing.
  5. You still in Japan. How goes your search for OEM parts? Did you get your '90 GTR from an auction as well? I'm thinking about buying a 1989 R32 and doing the MWR34 conversion. Wish me luck.
