Gday, Project engine has been scrapped so the pistons i bought are for sale. Brand new mahle forgies 0.020" over size (86.5mm for the metrics) Complete kit with rings and pins all brand new. Mahle are highly regarded as one of the best piston makers around. These pistons come from the factory friction coated on the skirts and heat coated on the crown. Also have a set of std rods that have been cleaned and re-sized bigends with ARP bolts fitted. The pistons and rods (with arp bolts) are proven for big power. Nice and cheap: pistons and rods for $1000 You wont find them cheaper. Im taking a hit on them because i need the money. Pick up: Hills District 0422 729 679 (LUKE)

Gday. I have bought myself a track car and no longer have space for my gtr. I am selling it absoloutely complete minus the engine (it is going in my track car) It is a fine example of a 1989 GTR. It is gunmetal in colour and is in great condition. Year: 1989 Colour: Gunmetal grey Kms: 88000 (has a nismo dash but the car looks and feels like the kms are original) Registered until november 2012. As i said above, it is absolutely complete except for the engine. It will be a simple case of bolting in an engine and enjoying a great car. There are are a few chips and scratches on the drivers side door and the right hand side skirt ideally would need replacing as it has blistered. Overall for a 1989 model it is quite good. Everyone always comments on how straight the car is. The interior is in great shape as well. The drivers seat has only a tiny wear part and hasn't torn through. The rest of the seats are in great nick and there is only the tiniest little nick on the dashboard on passenger side. It is an original interior with a full set of mats in great nick. The car will come with the personalised plates and the quiktrak alarm system with 12 months monitoring already paid for. The engine is still in the car for the moment. There is probably lots of things i have forgotten to mention i will add them as i remember them. With the long rego (november 2012) and the good condition of this car i am looking for $17500. This car isnt some rust bucket that has been butchered and cut up, it is a great example of Godzilla. If you think it is too expensive then this isnt the car for you. Thought id give a quick update. I put a pair of -7s on and i love them. They just feel so good after having early nismos (especially ones that were rooted lol) Pulled 261rwkw at 1 bar so pretty happy with that for the moment. That was with std injectors/pump/afms so next step is to upgrade those and shoot for 330rwkw. (although i have started collecting bits for a dirty thirty conversion so may just have wait for that lol) Cheers Luke

Gday, Well i have made a snap decision and decided to go single turbo on my 32 GTR. So up for sale is my turbo setup. Brand new garrett 2860-7s Mines dump pipes Metal gasket kit for turbos Brand new genuine O2 sensors for R32 GTR (we all know how much they are worth) Turbos are brand new, only took them out of the box to bolt all lines and stuff on. They are all assembled ready to bolt on with all oil and water lines. Everything was cleaned perfectly. Dumps have been bolted on with metal gaskets. Brand new studs have been used throughout. Also have some bee r front pipes if anyone is interested in the lot. This setup owes me alot of cash. Im looking for $3500 for everything except the front pipes (if you want em we can work something out) Price it up yourself. You'll be up for a lot more than $3500. BRAND NEW TURBOS!! Do R34 N1s require an oil restrictor for the turbos?. They are going on a 32 gtr if its any different

Thanks for the reply with graphs. Nismoid, I notice in the comparo that a couple of the cars went from -5s to -7s. Was this from a drivability point of view or something else? Final question Car is a daily so between -5s and -7s what do you think? I should mention that I work fairly close to home so not huge amounts of ks. Will -5s be a response improvement from early nismos? Sorry for all the questions. Trying to gather as much info before making decision Cheers Luke

Thanks for posting the dyno sheet N1GTR. I can see what you're saying regarding response as well. I had a chuckle at the "buy a V8" line as well. Very cheeky. Lol With a built motor I will crank some boost into it and really see what the -7s can do. Are the -7s bolt on in a 32 gtr?
