  1. I have the same problem, I have bendix ultimate pads. They are good, but I think the problem is that i have used them in heavy braking and they have Glazed a bit. I'm gonna try taking out the pads and giving them a bit of a rub with sand paper to take off the glazed surface.
  2. sorry, snorkel sold a while ago
  3. its highly possible for them to be hitting pistons. Your hks cams would be a higher lift cam, therefore would require the appropriate dial in (110 and 115 degrees) The cams may also have longer duration and/or advanced or retarded slightly. would pay to check your lifters too, remove them and compress them fully, then refit them
  4. I have an airbox with a K&N panel filter. $80 (the filter is worth that) From my R33 gtst
  5. Dan, if you want it done around Bunbury, I have a couple freinds that are panel beaters and spray painters. They will do cash jobs cheap. And top quality. They fitted my wing and resprayed my boot. btw did I pass you on Saturday morning coming back from Perth??
  6. did you put the cam belt cover back on? Did you mark the crank angle sensor before removing it, then line it back up when re-fitting it? Is there any possibility that the engine was turned while the old belt was off? Did you ensure all timing marks were lined up?
  7. mine was $114 from nissan part number 21010-21U26 water pump
  8. it just erases any previous error codes and that way you can start from scratch with your car. It will affect your alarm, make sure you disarm it before disconnecting your battery. And you will need to reset your clock and radio stations on your stereo
  9. yeah i was thinkin bout doin it, but thought i'd ask bout it first

  12. Hi guys. I have seen a couple 32's and 33's with the rear boot garnish that lights up ''skyline'' when the lights are turned on. you know, the bit under the boot lid above the bumper that has skyline on it. I would like to find out how it is done, or if there's a kit to do it. anyone??????
  13. Hi guys, I know its not a skyline question, but..... My freind has a Z32 300zx tt, and we have to replace the knock sensor. Jsut wondering if anybody knows where we would find it.
  14. there are 2 screw for each light. for hi beam 1 points into the engine bay and one up towrd the bonnet. for lo beam there is 1 top and bottom/side. the ones the point to the engine bay at the top are for vertical adjustment and the others anre for horizontal. Easiest way is to park the car in the dark about 5m from a wall. then try adjust one at a time. Tehy should be even with each other. If your lights are dull, try a different type of globe. or clean your headlights. The side park lights should come out, they are a bit tricky tho.
  15. there are a few ads in the for sale section with guys wrecking skylines, try there.
  16. Hi guys, My friend has just found out he has a Mines computer in his Z32 300zxtt. What exactly do they do? I understand that it is a remapped computer, but how much gain can we expect over standard?
