Hey Chop don't worry bout the swearing you should have heard me just from a dead battery. I have experience a knocking before in the front and hated driving my car wit it. I got it looked at and I needed to get the wheel bearing changed, that cause a huge flat spot in my front tyre which was causing knocking also. I think the knocking of the wheel caused the nuts to come off, coz ur description of the knocking is similar to what happened to me. I would get the wheel bearing checked man, any ways good luck with everything. It makes me so sad to hear of a skyline getting injured Makaveli

In my opinion I think you should stick with the 32, although it does depend on how you are financially. I love the series 5 rx7 too and almost got one in place of my r32 skyline, but I decided that the race look of the 32 and afterburners was the way to go. The series 5 looks better than ther series 4 coz the brake lights are round in the back like the series 6. If you decide to go the rotary, like the skyline you can do just about anything to it. I also think the buzz of a rotary plus the spool of a turbo = mad sound. The 32 looks a little more modern in my opinion, although they are both very fine cars, Good Luck with you decision buddy!

Good job the ute looks good and I bet if it was produced it would be a commonwhore ute killa!!! Although I think I like the canary yellow a little better, they both look cool though!

Im not sure but your problem sounds similar to mine. The car sounds a little louder also. I am going tomorrow morning to get it checked. Tomorrow night I will post up what is wrong with it if anything.

Thanks Carlo I will have a look at that. Do you think that the weather would have played a big part in the turbo not boosting? Do all of the skylines do that on hot days?

Hi my names Mark, Just yesterday I had experienced my car having boosting problems. It would rev to 3,500rpm - 4,000rpm and usually you would feel the boost coming on strong. Yesterday it was probably boosting half as much as it should and I am only running the standard 7psi. The boost gauge seemed to be working ok. Although the heat yesterday would have played a part to it as I do not have a front mount cooler. I waited until later in the nite although it was still a little warm but much cooler than during the day and it still wasn't boosting like it had been previously. I am lost for ideas, what do you guys think of the problem? Thanks Mark

Unfortunately the car cam with a shitty, chunky, grey heap of shit seat. Possibly from an older 4X4, it makes you sit higher than you should makinging it uncomfortable.

Hi my name is Mark, I just recently bought a r32 gts-t, which I am so happy with. Unfortunately it didn't come with the proper driver seat to match, so I am doin the best I can to try and find one. The seat that I have in there now is not only ugly but its a shitty uncomfortable seat aswell. Any kind of feedback reguarding a drivers seat will be most helpfull. Hey Steve, Vella recon's that he ripped a r32 and r33 gts-t in his shitty vs ss commodore. I think we will both have to teach him a lesson. I told him that I'd give him a drag this week, that will be after I get a dyno tune. Im gona take Justin Balasa for a drive and show him what skylines are about. Cause he loves V8'S and thinks turbo's are shit. I wana see Balasa's face when we rip Vella to pieces!!! :lol:

Yesterday I Replaced my AFM and now its driving a heap better. I have really noticed the difference in performance and also I have no bogging down problems anymore. :uh-huh: Thanks heaps for your help :burnout:

Hey Steve, its Mark how are you? Hows everything wit your engine going??? I hope you get your skyline soon so you can relax a little bit. I feel sorry for you. I remember when I stacked my lancer and had to drive a shitty old bluebird I felt crap and that was over a lancer! I couldn't imagine if I had to go without my 32. I fixed that bogg prob, I replaced the air flow meter and now it drives much better. Im getting it dyno'd on Monday so hopefully everything goes ok. Let me know any updates on your car, I can't wait to see it when its finished. :burnout:
