  1. I'll probably change the kit later on but in years to come, the aero kit will be one of those hard to get factory items. It's this reason alone why I got it, that said I agree it looks WAY overboard styling wise. I was in the market for an Audi A5 Coupe, that is a very clean & sexy look but 100k+ is too much for me right now. I'll wait for the super fat wide bodykit for the 86, seen 1 white example & a few renderings & it looked hot! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, some like the clean look, some like the JDM tuner look & others like the WAY overboard look (all me)
  2. My 86 is actually in Dark Grey Metallic GTS with Aero pack... looks soooooooo dam sexy. I think alot of people will opt for the orangeish colour, the pictures you see on the net don't give the colour justice. I took the demo for a test drift & the salesman's fingernails are still stuck in the dash If you can drift a fat auto Stagea then you will have a ball with the 86!
  3. Put down my $1k deposit this week & have to waiit till end of September for delivery. I've been driving my Stag as a work car for a while now but she's more of a cruiser, this will be a hell of a lot cheaper on fuel Stag is off the road & will come back with 500+hp upgrade (been buying bits for the last 6 months).
  4. I'm in Brissy & have Nistune consult cable & software, I can come round & give you a hand if you like?
  5. About to install a Turbosmart e-boost street... if I can find a good place to get through the firewall.
  6. That was a fun cruise, can't wait till I sort out my turbo & AWD. Looking forward to the next run
  7. It wasn't that bad till I ran over something on the motorway & a few days later I heard what sounded like a line of tread flying off... I pulled up & saw what you see in the pic. You could actually put your fingers between the tread & case.. very scary. Drove home @ 40 kph & next day bought the new ones
  8. New front tyres from Etyreshop in Brisbane (Geebung). 235/40/18's for $125 each fitted & balanced http://www.etyrestore.com.au/index.php
  9. Damn!!!! That's the same as my Stag. Mine has Satellite tracking so I can hunt the pricks down & ........ (you can fill in the blank).
  10. My Stags really rough ATM & getting full kit & respray in the next few months but I've got my new front tyres yesterday so I'm good to go
  11. Does anyone have a picture of how the roof is bonded to the chassis? I'm having my Stag re-sprayed in a few months time & the paint shop says it's dinted to hell & may be better to replace entire roof. I would love to find a dual sunroof car & convert mine. 3 quotes I've had so far range from $6600 to $9000 for full job including fitting this kit (supplied by me) http://www.freeway-dolphin.co.jp/aeroform/stagea/nissan_stagea_c34-wh.htm Thanks.
  12. I bought (i think) the cheapest C34 in Aus... paid $4500 for it. It's a bit rough on the outside but interior is beautiful black leather in fantastic condition. Suspension was stuffed so I bought these http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110603464887 Installed the fronts last week & she handles very nice. Had a few electrical issues but as I'm well knowledgeable in this area it was sorted quick smart. Next month she'll get a full respray & will look fantastic with new 18's (look like new GTR's). I use it mostly for work so I like that it's auto as I drive many K's each week. Everyone loves the look of it, young, old, people with Astons & people with Holdens alike. I have no kids, a good paying job & no debt which leaves me buying lots of stuff for her. I'm really happy with the choice I made but keep in mind they are heavy & economy is good if you baby it but boost is evil & the torque is so nice to play with causing hellish MPG Hope this helps.
  13. Fixed my dodgy wiring connector that goes from knock sensor & others to loom, even made a vid
