I got a Power FC running in my HCR32
The part number for the hand controller is #FCC2NT010-00443
I pluged in my Power FC to give it a idle tune
10min standard idle, 10min with rear fog & 10min with aircon on.
I found out that the Power FC was tuned to the previous owner HCR32 which i dont know what exactly has been done to it so i resetted the Power FC, it ran ok i had the same setup as you did then also, i would just wait untill u can afford to tune the thing.
BOV is ok nothing happened, no stalling problem at all.

I always thought the Mines ECU was a fixed rom & that it is not an ajustable ecu.
I could be wrong.
-
u cannot use the afm wtihout a aftermarket ecu or some sort of piggig back ecu.
gtr fuel pump works well cant remember the Letre per Min on it & its alot better then the factory r32 gtst one.
-
Of course you are right there.
& alot of japs do it because they like that no filter & pipe look, which does more harm then good in my point of view.
what do you mean by powerful engine?
i know a gtr which produces more then 300kw & are still using AFM
MAP sensor are not that great with twin turbos.
We are geting off topic here but its a good debatable question.
-
Air Flow meter is by far more accurate then maped sensored
Never said Wolf was shit
MoTEC aint a aussie ecu?...
-
buy whatever suites best for your pocket, most of the ECU out in the market are pretty good.
20x20 map resolution is all you need really (POWER FC) for an everyday application, i mean the there are crazy jap cars that run power fc & produce crazy figures, so dont buy something over map resolution.
it doesnt really matter how many maps resolution its more of how well it can be applied to its usage from what ive been told by an engineer/dyno tuner, unless u want to throw away that air flow meter & get it maped sensed (MoTEC)
Hope this helps abit.

Well they all work.
Im just fussy.
If u dont find one without an angle you would need to extend your line or put the filter at an angle
thats all nothing wrong with it

I know the r33 is the z200
what is the r32?... does any1 know
I cant find it on the forum
-
$200
the sub cost $250 brand new
u know if the box will fit the r32?..
-
got the bumper?...as in the metal frame?..
-
gtr pm me your mob ill call u friday night.
-
as topic states.
It has 2 look like pic below.
Make me an offer.
Thanks Joe.
-
do most car detailers do the engine bay also? at an extra price of course?..
-
.62-.64 is the most popular yes, i think if you go any lower there would be 2 much restriction.
Yeah power figure would be great on the car but power curve is another story, the conversion should fix it.

email me pic at [email protected]
thanks mate.

as long as its starts 2 spool at 3000rpm theres nothing wrong with that, if it starts 2 spool at 4000rpm, i would go insane personally.
You bought a cheap turbo, dont expect 2 much bang out of it, if u want 220-230rwkw go for a gt2530. but u would have to go back to the factory manifold or get a adapter made up as you have the hks t04e manifld made for the rb20/25det.
With people with the hks manifold, did it fit stright in as in you didnt have to remove anything 2 fit it in
as in aircon!
anything above .64 on an exhaust housing is too big for a 2L.
-
I have a t04e also
How big is the Compressor Wheel & housing?..
Mine is a .50 AR compressor not sure about housing, its quite large thou
My Exhaust housing is .63
From my understanding, it will start spooling around 3000-3500rpm around that mark & will hit full boost at 4000rpm i reckon.
I havent fitted it in yet as i have had endless bills 2 pay for.
Call up a few turbo place around your area & see what they say.
make sure you have all the spec of the turbo thou as it will be easier on both parts.
1.06 exhaust housing....whaooo it would of came out of a rotor or a v8.

Andrew, sent u email bro.
BTW i found out most if not all makes of twin plates & multi-plate clutchs have there own inbuilt flywheel.
-
come with flywheel?
-
since the gear throw is reduced, it does take to account that you will wear out your syncro's a lot faster but it does reduce the time it will take u 2 get from gear 2 to gear 3.
theres a upside & downside in modding your car.

Sydneykid: where do u find the "415-N001"
I had a look at my hand controller again & didnt see that besides the number that i quoted which now does look like a serial number
On a side note does any1 have a idle problem with the Power FC?..
