Hey guys and thanks for the reply. The reason I was asking was because I saw a complete cd/radio unit on sale on ebay (seller located in usa) for $350USD + shipping. I didnt know the double din panel existed. where do i source one? would it affect the rest of the dash (eg. climate control etc etc) as the whole thing is intergrated isnt it? Hi, Im from Sydney and is a proud owner of a V35 300GT but the freaking CD player doesnt work. Does any1 know if the CD/Cassette player can be fixed and by whom? If not does any1 know where i can source one from? second hand would be perfable and done in a budget. dont want to be shelling out $500+ My player has never worked from day-dot of me buyin the car. Whenever i turn on the car the cd player just clicks until it stops (about 5-6 times) Ive turned a blind eye and have been using the IPOD FM transmitter but i think i really would like to have it fixed. if any1 can help that be great. Sorry if im digging up an old thread. This is happening to me also...on my newly imported V35 300GT so I haven't even had the luxury to listen to a CD yet. All I hear is a clicking noise, ive tried to load in another cd but it doesn't even allow me. Ive tried holding the eject button but that doesn't work also. Is there any other suggestion...I was thinking of removing the deck but it looks integrated into the Dash.

Hey Mate, That worked a treat...it took me a few times for it to get into that dionostic mode (or whatever you call it) The engine light stayed off, no problem with the car. YAY!!!!!!! 1 problem solved...now onto the next...stupid clicking noise on the cd player!!! Thanks again!!

Hey Guys, Im a proud new order of a 300GT sedan, but as i was driving home the engine light turned on. Now when i turn the car on, theres a small announcement in Japaneses about it, as it shows up on the screen. I was reading on the G35driver website and they said check the oil. ive checked it and even replaced the oil and filter but the light is still on. Has any1 had problems with the engine light on the dash? Thanks, Joey.

more pics: engine bay (which isnt included on my website) & the battery leak disaster as you can see the overall engine bay is in top condition, just where the battery leaked, nothing major just a bit of surface rust but thats easilly fixed.

got any pics ?? where abouts are you located ?? how many kms ?? how often is it serviced ?? timing belt changed recent or not ?? interior in good condition ?? -------------------------- No recent pics...If you really want pics i will take some this weekend. Located in Fairfield area K's well thats a very interesting question....I got the car 2 years ago on 40 000 k on the clock & its got 67 000 now I know for a 11yr old car k's to be that low or even impossible, i dont beleive it myself i think the owner in japan had a Nismo cluster before he sold he it wacked on the factory one...theres no sign of a clock back after i took it to a mechanic. Never had 1 mechnical problem with the car at all. Change Mobil 1 + spark plugs every 5000k without fail.... Timing belt hasnt been changed since i got it, i dont drive it very often & i dont hear any noise coming from that area. Interior is Top condition very clean, i very rarely have more then 2 people in the car. also i got a momo steering wheel i will throw in also if sold at $14k
