Thanks Flite, I bought my car in Feb 2004 and also got the letter for exemption. What did you have to change, i've heard 50 different theories. I've just got my GTR, so this is excellent info.

To J_R32 I parked at officeworks on queen victoria steet and walked across the road and up the path about 50 metres. Take some binoculars or a camera with a good zoom. Enjoy! Lincoln.
