and did they take forever to build them for you? Did they promise every week that it would be done by the end of the week for over 5 months? Have you seen the piping work from DAMN and compared to what is on this supra? When you see the difference you will understand what Trent is talking about when he said the build quality is better! I'm still good mates with Gerald but i dont have the time or patience for someone like Nigel. I knew Leewah was a silent partner but i just didnt say it so publicly. You have your experiences which may be positive but my experiences are somewhat different. For the record, that build for me was quite ordinary. Well below the standards it shuld have been at considering the amount that was spent! But the past is the past and i have grown older and wiser. I do a lot more research now! I might even be taking my car to Trent to get a retune! Back on topic

unless the paint job is super silky smooth so that the car just cuts through the air, then i would say no to the respray. its waaaay too loud of a colour. and there are better things you could do with the money!

The ICE R33 GT-R is Leewah's car and its still around. DAMN made 575 at Autosalon on race fuel i believe. ICE closed a few years ago...Nigel started another shop which died in the ass. VB- is spot on with that one! And Gerald is travelling overseas.

I'm using SR2 compund and it lasts a while.....only cos its mainly parked at home! I knew i wouldnt get many kms out of it but i didnt realise they wouldnt be that great on the street, especially in the wet. They are ok i suppose for normal street driving, but for the money you are better off getting really good street tires. But i still like them

i got to take my car out on track for a corporate day. they werent strick at all which was good. i didnt need any of that. all i had to do was remove any loose items in the cabin and boot. i did, however, had to put tape on my bonnet to stop one side lifting after i made a mesh headlight intake! might need to put the bonnet pins in after all! Word of warning, if you are bedding your brakes in on track....bed them in! Dont try and chase down the other cars lol Lesson learnt

tony, everyone has their own preference. what someone says about a particular tuner may not be viewed the same by others. your best bet is to hunt around rather than solely basing it on what others say. I have had 3 different ones and i am yet to find one that i am happy with. Having said that, i cant be assed paying 500-800 every time! I have based mine on locality and speciality. it doesnt really answer your question about Ben as i have yet to go there, but i did make my point with all that said, i cant see Ash leaving this open for long
