  7. ah i have a standard BOV but im outta the country at the moment... if im not mistaken the law concerning exhausts is 98db at a 1 metre distance when ure car is revved up to 1500rpms? Cam - just out of curiosity, what BOV are u using that is deemed too loud? bambam
  8. ah yes...im 19 but got insurance from them just before i turned 19 (the 'line was a bday present) so you shouldnt have probs with getting insurance. plus the fact that my car isnt even garaged at nite and they still insured me...

  14. no offence bro, but seeing as to how ure a new driver....the Skyline is a huge step up from the Charade that you learn to drive at driving school. i reckon, if you wanna spend money on your car, to make it look nice instead of adding power coz u should learn to control it first. later, bambam
  15. im using GFB Bovus Maximus....quite loud though i had stalling problems coz its full vent to atmosphere. but it sounds really nice...give it a go
  16. JiMiH, try weststate tyres on albany hwy near bentley shopping centre. the other time i went they had Sumitomo 235/45/17s for 300 bucks all 4 and they were in good cond...try ure luck... bambam

  19. Gr33D, There are basically two ways to pay your stamp duty. In person, which is instant, and by post which takes a week and is the one strich9ine is referring to. Just bring your forms to Transport pay them 700-800 bucks and you're all done. Or drop in the forms and they mail you the invoice which you pay at the Post Office which all in all takes a week. congrats on getting ure 'line bambam

  22. mate, this has been covered a million times....click on search and type insurance and betcha it'll keep you busy for half a day. anywayz, look up famous classic car insurance in WA...pretty much the only insurer around now....good luck :burnout:
