  1. Looks wicked SG. Going to show this to a mate who's got some serious swirl issues too.
  2. ah yes here it is... http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...=131246&hl=
  3. yeah what's with that. is that the nismo auto shifter stan was talking about? edit: actually where's your steering wheel tiptronic activation switch on the centre console? you convert to manual? btw.. stan where's my pics nice dyno ab.
  4. You'll be fine with your regular washing. Just wait a few weeks and give it a good polish again then seal it.
  5. I wouldn't mind putting mine in if it's ready... i put my sportbak exa in a few years ago so this'll be the first time in a sikline.
  6. edit: nevermind.. looking for a post i read a week ago.. can't find it now.
  7. I posted this question in the Maintenance forum a while back, and the general feeling is light modifications do nothing to your fuel economy. Look at stan (satanic) among others, they're getting around the same (13L) and they have alot more mods and power than my stockie. I guess if you want to control boost via your foot, you end up with roughly the same mileage out of a tank. Having said that, on the stockie.. even with giving it some on cruises, i don't notice any increase in fuel usage. That might change when I wind up the boost eventually though.
  8. seen this fs thread? http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...howtopic=131298 he's not in victoria though.
  9. hey that doesn't look half bad mate
  10. I too keep a log. mine's a tiptronic 98 r34... currently chewing 13L/100kms around the city on ultimate 98. 150rwkw.. stock everything.
  11. That's nice mate. Miss my burgandy exa, they look awesome with a good of wax.
  12. Mate that is extremely helpful, thanks very much for that informative post. Good to hear i've got some place to go with the current setup.
  13. Have you requested his details from ebay? I've done this on a number of occasions.
  14. Let us know how you go mate... i'm very interested. Grab some more pics if you can too!
  15. What's your definition of 'over-boosting'? As far as i know, the stock ecu does not impose a ceiling on boost levels.
  16. You'd boost a 34 in the same fashion you'd boost an r33 or r32. Connect your bleed valve, ebc, or what not. If you're using an ebc it might just be a straight solenoid replacement on some units. AFAIK you don't disconnect any sensors. Obviously there's more to the storey but you get the drift.
  17. Saw a Grey R32 GTS-T on Woodville Road, coming out of the car wash... and bagging it the f**k up something chronic. Getting fully sideways out of the BP onto Woodville. Mate you drive it like you stole the thing.
  18. Gidday mate, Would you take $100 shipped for it?
  19. Nice work, looks purposeful.
  20. anyone? the regulars stan? abo-bob?
  21. Hi guys, I've got a few questions about the Nismo Bilstein coilovers on my R34 GTT. But first here some pics and info I had translated from a japanese yahoo auction. My questions are : 1. Were these factory fitted to all R34 GTT's or were they an option? 2. Is it possible to lower my car say an inch and retain these coilovers? and implications of this. 3. simple question, from your knowledge are they any good? e.g. how do they compare to the whiteline bilstein gtt package? Thanks again fellas, Howie
  22. Say have you enquired about a conversion to manual?
  23. licenses can be photoshopped, and how could it be verified? although a good idea in theory, i think it couldn't possibly work given what's needed.
  24. THAT IS HOT AS!! Your bro's got a beautiful car mate.
  25. What did you have on the car previous to changing mate?
