Hi Shaun As it so happens I have 2 emanage units. When I had the problem Trust sent me a second unit but that wasn't the problem. I have to return it but I'll ask if I can sell it and just send the money which is easier. They are closed for a week so can you wait?

Yes I have one fitted to the 34. It's good timing actually because Lumpy finished tuning it today. We still have a problem of the emanage not comunicating with the ECU on the ignition side and are waiting for advice from Trust. So it's basically only working as a "AFC" unit but is far superior to the Apexi. As a result we just recorded 302 rear wheel hp up from the previous best of 275 with the AFC. Best news is it's making a heap more down low revs which is important. Only running 0.85 bar as to run more need the 300zx AFM. So there is obviously more to come for the next owner. The problem I have should not be an issue with the 33 as the 34's computer is much more complex.

Update The emanage has been tuned and the HP figure has been revised to [email protected]. Hurry up and buy it before I change my mind

Magna? Go stand in the corner Greg:) There are electronics like 4wheel steer etc and crossbracing behind the seats. Current Sylvia has fold down rear seat...hmmmm

Stagea makes sense but even with my Nissan gogles on it still looks like a dam Volvo. Best thing I can say about the styling is you can't see how ugly they are when you're sitting in it Sorry IMHO

A Toymotor?????? Actually thought about getting a used Lexus IS200 ,chucking out the motor (all 114kw of it)and fitting a TT Supra motor from an import. Trouble is I don't think their seats fold down either so would rather have the 34. A Tommy Mak....Oh Yeah baby but about $30k too short Suggestions welcome Cheers

Not a rude question at all mate Basically the car sits there all week only to be driven on Sundays to and from the carwash. Kim's 2001 Corolla we use every day so it seems to be a waste having a $45k car sitting at home unused. If the rear seat folded down I could piss the Rolla off and use the Skyline everyday but sadly that's not the case. Also just paid for a block in Iluka near the beach and the new house may only fit a double garage which is tough if there are 4 cars in the family Will have to look for something to replace both cars. That's a tall order...Might look at one of those Rex thingys I keep blowing away. Actually that's a thought...if anyone has a mate with a Rex or STI who wants to buy a class car put them onto me Cheers Chris

Sounds like a dud battery. Took my daughters car to a K Mart workshop and they load tested the battery and charging system. Price of battery was cheap Cheers

Hey don't knock Iluka!! I just paid $1/4mill for a block there. Never had a problem with the distance Mrs R34 and I work in the CBD and get on the freeway 6.30am...that way only 25mins to get there. What your used too I guess. If this was Sydney Iluka would almost be considered innercity

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but as HKS jealously guard their tuning software you'll have to take the car to Sydney for a tune........or Singapore. That's unless someone has managed to get the software recently. If Lumpy can't help try Lane at Race Torque in osborne park. Cheers Chris

Rob Yes it's in but not working yet. There has been a hitch with the interface between the unit and the R34's ignition timing system. We are waiting for an answer from Japan so hopefully it will be a goer soon. Unfortunately the S-AFC had to be removed so it's lost a lot of power temporarily. Hopefully it'll be OK for the MC day but obviously will mean slower times:(
