Window Trim

Hi my door/window trim on the outside of my R32 the paint has cracked and peeled off and looks pretty tatty, is it stainless underneath? how can i get the rest of it off that is still stuck on?

Any help?

gotta take off the door skins, then the little retaining screw at the end..then it just unclicks out. then sand it down with wet and dry 1000 grit. then paint it with mat black paint. put it back in...good as new. worked for me!
