Window Stopping 1 Inch From Top And Clunking Bad

Hey everyone,

For a few months my window has been making these chronic clunking noises when i goto close it. It only happens when its about 1 inch away from the top (of closing). The only way to get it to the top is to grab onto it when its going up and assist it by giving it a help with lifting.

I had the door panel off yesterday trying to diagnose the problem but couldnt figure it out.

Surely someone has some advice?

its probably jumping teeth on the winding mechanism.

only way to fix it is to replace it.

or the nylon track rollers are worn/broken....little bit of stuffing around but they can be fixed

Is the winding mechanism the electirc motor?

Where do I get new ones?
