Just did a quick search for you:

It may be helpful. Make sure your ignition is on, but the car not idling. If your doing it right, then i suppose the exhaust temp light was the only 'flashing' light source?

After open the ecu cover, I found there is no LED at all.

uhhh, you shouldnt be opening that. You dont need to. Your exhaust temp light acts as a 'engine check' light too. If your exhaust temp light is on all the time cos you got no exhaust temp sensor, give the turn screw on the ECU a go to see if the exhaust light will flash anyway in correspondence with a possible electrical fault. I still think AFM's. Its almost always the case
