R32 With Rb25 Do U Need Engineer Certificate?

hi guys im looking at 32 with rb25 what i was told was that u dont need to engineer them, would u need to engineer a 92 model?,theres a 92 model im looking at he said it doesnt have engineer report but on the rego paper it saids it has a rb 25 with the engine number does that mean shouldnt be any dramas with it?

should be sweet then, usually you cant get a blue slip with out a engineers (if needed) but if its on the rego papers then it must be ok

make sure ALL paper work matches the chasis and engine number, coulda done a dodge up after it was registed
