Or more, they have a lower limit than the drivers think they have ability/

I garuntee if walter rolh was driving he would of caught it.

It's not about you thinking you can go faster, it's about knowing HOW to go faster around corners, or harder under brakes that matter.

You may think your a good driver and that you a reaching the limits of the car at a track, but if you jumped in for a lap with a race driver who was driving your car, they'd probably be doing things you didn't think were even possible in your car.

I think because it was a non turbo, you need to drive it at its limit to get any enjoyment, I rekon if he had a turbo he would have treated it with more respect.

Things like bigger brakes and LSD found in turbo models also help with handling majorly. I saw a guy with an SR turbo silvia smash into a gutter in the rain purely because he had no LSD (he was actually pretty talented). When I saw he was one wheeling occasionally, I knew it was a matter of time he would understeer into something.

i wasnt giving anyone a lesson. People come on here and talk **** like

Of course this has nothing to do with the fact hes being a knobber on a public street.

Would u post up here if some p plater came down your street and lost it into your car parked out front of your house, purely because he was doing snakeys @ 70km/h out front of your house? Whose fault is it....the rains?

Not good At all. This is the reason why I wont drive my car till its insured.

even though this is slighty off topic. anyone know of some nice big roads without many cops, for newbies to take out something with some power, to not end up like this driver?

MALLALA heard drift school is coming up in a couple of weeks :D

    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
