I think it's a pretty good guide. Have a talk to Munna1 as he was the one who wrote it.

I based my Stage 1 Mods off of his guide and found them to be fairly accurate. There will be differences from car to car of course depending on condition etc.

He wrote that guide off of his own experience as he built his own R33 so he is merely stating what needs to be done to achieve that level of power.

I appreciate he went to the trouble of writing these guides for our benefit.

Edit: He hasn't been online for a little while, so might be a little hard to catch him.
