Exhaust?

Hi all,

I am looking at buying a 1995 Nissan Skyine gtst and at the moment the exhaust on it has two 2 inch(about) pipes from the cat to the rear into a twin pipe muffler. Do you recommend I keep this one or put on a 3 inch pipe on with a big muffler and 5 inch tip i think. He has offerd me either one with the car.

I have never seen a twin from the cat on the skylines.

mate of mine has a twin pipe on his 33 and it sounds sweet. hard to explain but more towards f1 sound than a deep throb.

also i think a 3inch passes more exhaust than twin 2inch. dont quote me though.

a 3" exhaust has a cross section area of 45.6sqcm while 2 x 2" has a total of 40.5sqcm. 3" is bigger and better i suppose...

i have to say that the 3 inch have soo much of a more "headturning sound" although the car alone should be headturning enough.. But GO the 3 inch it looks awesome..
