Turbosmart Single Stage Boost Controller Help

Had this boost controller running in my skyline boosting a gt30r till i got a EPA and it all had too come off. So i basically had to return everything back to standard. That was all fine till i blew the standard turbo on New years eve. Now Ive got the other turbo back on but im having trouble trying to hook up the boost controller back up again . This time around i have mounted the controller in the dash and ran a vacum line through the fire wall into the tee piece that goes to the acuator and intake. But there is no boost increase even when the boost is dialed all the way up. Could it be the vac hose is too long or is it the t piece that im using as it is only a plastic one? i used the plastic t piece before the epa and it worked fine but where it was mounted it was plan as day.. Also driving my car today with no boost controller i noticed boost wasnt consistant as would sit around 0.7 bar then spike around 1 bar when at 5500rpm. could it be the acuator?

You changeds your turbo have you tuned the Turbo The the Ecu ?? Or you still running same tune on new turbo??

Slightly different i had it tuned to the larger turbo but knocked a few degrees out and pulled some fuel out when i was running standard turbo. my tune supported 18 pounds.
