like the wheels.

i agree with most about the rear width though.. especially if you have gtr guards.

i run a staggered set of 8.5 at the front and 9.5 at the rear. which sit flush in line with the gtst guards. (hard to tell in the pic)

ha and yes... its finally getting lowered soon.

why would you want to hide the fact that your car is a gtst??

gtr kit and badges will neva make it the real thing,

Would you rather have a GTST or a GTR? I never said it was the real thing and i dont claim to own a GTR so i dont see what the problem is. If i hadnt of said it was a GTST then i doubt anyone would of said nething...

plus if u look closely u can see it had gtst seats

sorry to say, but for 3.1k u could have gotten some better jap rims

doesnt look too bad tho

Sorry to say that you cant. All the rays n works etc are like $450+ a wheel and then ive still gotta buy tyres...

The only way a set of Jap rims in the same size would come in at a comparable cost would be to put some cheap, nasty tyres on them. Sort of defeats the purpose of buying the good stuff in the first place.

Theres a lot to be said about people who buy quality rims and then wrap them in Nankangs or similar. :D

Yes i have a set of non Jap rims but they are wrapped in some descent rubber, when your forking out between $350 - $400 per tyre, a tyre and rim package can add up real quick as i'm sure most of you already know..............

Looks good mate, your car, your choice, thats the modifiers way. :D

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
