S T A R 3 3
Hey guys, Long story short. I've mounted a CD player in my glovebox of my crown, but using the existing power source from the original h/u into the new one - nothing happens. The only wires coming in/out of the original h/u are the speaker (x1), antennae and then the power. The original stereo worked fine and brought me all the AM channels I wanted. But because it's not working, are there any other lines that you could suggest I could use as sources of power? Cheers in advance. k. *** Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/217075-creating-a-new-poweracc-source/ Share on other sites
QWK32
grab a multimeter or a test light and start probing plugs. there will be plenty of acc wires around. just dont splice into one that is too small. infamous_t
As above, or worst case scenario: run a new line from the battery for power & use ignition key barrel for IGN & ACC Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/217075-creating-a-new-poweracc-source/#findComment-3832933 Share on other sites
