Waterproof Rubber Around Windows?

Looks like a have a very very slight leak at one point on the back window -- where or how do I replace this rubber waterproofing around the windows? What does it cost? Are there people to take the car to to do this?

will have to remove the entire window and replace with a new seal, then reseal it all up. wont be cheap for you though.

i've found the generic seal from a BA falcon works well and looks good - on the 33 though.
