Help Er34 Running Rich And Make Popping Sound When Changing Gears

Hey guys,

Car was running fine when I had the rsm in the car. I decided to take them out and then the car just running really shitty. Super rich plus the exhaust pop when change gear.

Can anyone tell me what wrong with my car?

P.S I also have the avcr (old model plus the pivot shift light still attached).
