I am in the process of putting in a Boomerang car alarm and I want to set up the door switch (when someone opens the door it goes off) and the alarm has 1 door input and when I hook it up to the front door I then run a wire from the front door switch to the rear door switch then to the other side rear door then to the front door all in a series to the red (+) wire but only 2 doors are working (all door pins are ok)and it is saying on my dash when I open 1 door that they are all open even tho they are not...and only 2 doors will activate the alarm and the others wont..is this the correct way to wire it up? Please help me...

Also in the liberty (90) where is the Tacho wire as I need to find it for the remote motor start...i cant seem to find it under the dash...any of you guys installed xtra tacho and can tell me where the wire is please other wise I will need to go to the coil in the engine bay(id rather not).

Try using the signal wire for the interior light.. It should activate when any door is opened...

I have had to go to the coil on EFI cars for the tacho signal before....

The ECU should have a tacho signal but sometimes finding the ECU is a bitch let alone stabbing at it with a multimeter to find the tacho wire... Your call..
