im told that in order to bleed the ATESSA system properly you need to short out the ATESSA pump from the battery or similar power source?? is this correct??

Also i have a nasty griding noise coming from the brakes all the time and cannot find any pads on metal they are all 40%-50% meat left in the pads???????

they HAVE however been sitting for like the better part of 2 years in the brakes un driven is it just a case of new pads and machine rotors or is there more as the ABS light is on in cabin.
