Sabre Oil Pressure And Temp On Rb26dett

hey guys i have sabre oil pressure and oil temp guages the smoky lense series, i was wondering will the oil pressure gauge read right if i plug it into the standard oil pressure sender on a rb26 also does a 26 have a oil temp sender and same thing will it read right if i plug it into the standard one?

It will read something but it is likely it will be an incorrect reading. didn't you get the senders with the gauges?

The sender has to match the gauge. Sometimes you get lucky but unless you have something to compare it to, then you would really be guessing.

It depends on the resistance on the original sensor vs the one that came with the gauge. I tired it out on a different gauge and ended up having to get a sandwich plate.
